I have received my paypal refund after raising dispute, money is there. I am so glad i used paypal now. I did originally receive partial refund but have never received any goods so wantedv all my money back - which i now have:)

Also at last got a full refund. I cancelled the order and put in a Paypal dispute on Saturday. I am so relieved that this whole mess is over, and I have learned that even the seemingly most reliable companies can go badly wrong with how they manage things!!!

I really really hope everyone else who are still waiting for refunds or part refunds, get their nightmares sorted out, good luck everyone. I'll keep reading the posts and will definately be gnashing teeth for those of you still suffering x

I got a refund today through paypal. I requested a partial refund of £14.10 for the non-delivered items. I didn't add the postage on as half of my order did arrive.

Been emailing for a refund on a daily basis. Not heard a thing.:( I paid by credit card.

also got a full paypal refund today after opening a dispute a few days ago glad it's over but not had a single response from the company throughout this.

You should be able to ring your credit card and get them to claim the money back on basis of non delivery.

Chek, I paid by credit card too and have received a full refund on my order. It was 3 separate amounts but they all add up to the total of my original order inc p&p, so hopefully you and others will get it sorted out asap.

I had a small part of my order finally delivered on Saturday (ordered on 8th Jan), paid by credit card and don't have online banking so until I get my credit card statement I won't know what's been refunded as they didn't put an invoice or note in my parcel. The only paperwork was a 'sorry' note with £5 off your next order of £20 or more in Feb....somehow I don't think so!.

Well I got a response from MP via my paypal dispute, saying they'll refund if I close the dispute! That'll leave me completely open to whether they'll actually do what they they will :mad:
