I had a small part of my order finally delivered on Saturday (ordered on 8th Jan), paid by credit card and don't have online banking so until I get my credit card statement I won't know what's been refunded as they didn't put an invoice or note in my parcel. The only paperwork was a 'sorry' note with £5 off your next order of £20 or more in Feb....somehow I don't think so!.
Try phoning your credit card provider and they may be able to tell you if there's been any refund issued.2017 - no clutter to be seen challenge: 72/2017

Well I got a response from MP via my paypal dispute, saying they'll refund if I close the dispute! That'll leave me completely open to whether they'll actually do what they they will
No you close the dispute once you have received your refund or goods.
What are they playing at?:mad:0 -

Hey! Do you (and they) really think that Paypal will rule in their favour after what's happened?! You know they wont.
Think of just how many claims people have made via Paypal against MP, I bet Paypal have had plenty of work to do thanks to their mess.
I didn't get a conditional offer, and I'm sure plenty of others didn't either. I got my refund and the case was closed, by Paypal, and that's how it works.
Do not close your dispute!
The very worst that can happen is that they make you wait until Paypal make a decision. If they've been stupid enough to post that message (asking you to close the case) under the dispute notes in Paypal, whoah, I bet Paypal won't be impressed. If you're able to respond I would reply with words to the effect of you feeling bribed to close the case and how can you guarantee that they would refund you after the case is closed? Tell them that once they refund you, the case is closed by Paypal anyway, which is what they want... so they can jolly well give you that refund!
If you cannot respond then just hang tight.0 -

Funnily enough I received a feedback email from Feefo today saying that I purchased a swimsuit (one thing out of four on my order) :think:0 -
I started a claim with paypal the other day, have had no contact from MP but my claim status says thisStatus
This claim has been decided in your favour and you'll receive a £72.44 GBP refund.
What happens next
Please allow up to 7 days for the refund to appear in your account. Once the refund is complete, the case will be closed.
Which is fine, though I will have now been without that money for 3 weeks, still would have rather got the things I ordered though...

Have been watching this thread with anticipation since ordering minutes after seeing the original post all those weeks ago.
My order was for £82.
I received a cc refund of £30 a week or so ago so was eagerly anticipating my £50 or so worth of goods to arrive.
Today my package arrived with a single t shirt and a pirate bandana. Total value of less than £1 plus the free dolls house.
I will not be using this company again - they have promised me a full refund by the end of the week plus delivery and if its not on the card by Friday I will dispute the payment with the credit card company.

I had a partial order received and partial refund but like lots of people the amounts didnt match up - I raised a dispute with Paypal last night for the amount of the missing items plus postage and I received and email from Paypal this morning confirming that I am getting the full amount of the refund I requested - thank goodness I dont need to worry about it anymore....:j
I would say if you paid with Paypal and still not got your order raise a claim and get your money back because at this point I dont think the company are going to be helping us:mad:0
