Ive waited patiently, never had a reply from any emails sent, placed 2 orders, 1 went to shipped last thur, £60 order received today and only thing in the box was THE FREE DOLLS HOUSE!!! not one item I ordered. I paid for items by credit card and like others have received nothing from an order placed on Jan 9th .... No replys to email and cannot phone as my landline is down ( dont fancy using mobile at a zillion pence per min ) does anyone know if my credit card company will try and get my money back for me... Thanks0

I placed an £83 order, it finally arrived today - well, about £27 of it did anyway. I got some shoes but not the neoprene ones I really wanted, and only 1 hat out of 6 I ordered. I paid via Paypal and have had NO refund whatsoever :mad:. Not impressed at all.
The order I did 2nd, using my debit card, arrived in part last week with only the 'filler' items in it, not the bits I really wanted most. That one did have two small refunds, neither of which make any sense or add up to the amount they owe me though.
This is going to take me forever to sort out and I wonder how many people don't bother when it's only a small amount?0 -

Just to let everyone who wants to leave feedback know, I have been emailing back and forth with Feefo, who are trying to get the data sorted out so that we all get a chance to leave feedback. Unlike MP, I've had excellent service from Feefo, and am confident we will get our emails fairly soon. The problem appears to be that the data feed to Feefo from the MP website became corrupted and of course Feefo were unable to contact MP for a short period. I'm feeling bad that Feefo feel this is all reflecting badly on them, when in all honesty I really have had great service and a good dialogue with them.0

I work for Feefo. I just thought I should come along and clear up a few things. We ARE 100% impartial. We don't remove or delete reviews, if we have received it, we publish it. We edit out identifying information about the customer or any staff members they have dealt with, that's all, and we make it clear in each review if we have had to do so.
Muddy Puddles have obviously been having trouble, that's clear to see. As I understand it they've been working hard to get orders shipped and work through the mountain of customer service issues, although I haven't personally dealt with them so I can't answer on their behalf. They have not contacted Feefo to ask us to make their feedback look better, and we wouldn't honour a request like that even if they had.
There was a problem with their data feed to us - the feed has now been restored and lots of new feedback request emails have been sent out. I think you'll see this reflected in their feedback rating over the next few days. I very much hope that as they respond to issues you will see their feedback rating rise, but the ball is in their court on that one!

Wow, their feedback rating is dropping like a stone - was 87% for service when someone first mentioned feefo on this thread, its currently standing at 44% for the last week, 62% for the last month.
I've still yet to receive my email invitation to review, but I hope to get it soon and add my twopenn'oth.
I just hope that Muddy Puddles actually take note, and change the way that they deal with customers as a result. Whilst I can understand that they had issues with large numbers of orders and relocation, there is NO excuse for the poor customer service we've all received from them.0 -
I have left feedback on feefo and would have to say they are the worst ever company. I am still waiting a week later for a refund and am just going to open a dispute with paypal. Company is a joke, a bad one at that.0

My items came today - well the 2 of them that weren't cancelled. I have been charged £3.71 but received pair of mittens - showing free on invoice and baby's all-in-one, though I ordered blue and pink one sent, which I think was £3.95. No P&P charged - Will keep as will be ok for someone and can't bear any further hassle0
