£3 = small price for the hassle, phone call costs (if you made any) and time you've wasted if you ask me.0 -
I received 4 out of 15 items although charged the full amount. I don't want the items now (I had sent two contacts to cancel prior to dispatch but still received). Spoke to someone who said to write on returns form that I want the postal refunded and should get a refund for the missing items within two days. I have sent the items back, when can I raise a paypal dispute?0

Straight away. You can open a dispute and escalate it to a claim. They will have one week to respond to the claim after which time Paypal will make a decision if they have not reached a satisfactory outcome with you. Given the number of disputes that Paypal are probably dealing with from Muddy Puddles, I'm pretty sure that their disputes team will be well clued up on the issues when it comes to decision making. Don't forget, DSR's are in our favour, they've done wrong, not us.0 -
From their facebook page, MP posted this around lunchtime, it hasn't met with many positive remarks:The team here at Muddy Puddles would like to sincerely apologise for the issues you are currently experiencing with regard to the delays in receiving your products and any discrepancies you are experiencing with regard to your order and refunds. The physical move of our stock resulted in some teething problems from a logistical perspective, which we have now resolved. We are a small team, but can assure you we are working tirelessly to resolve these problems as quickly as we can and have employed extra customer service advisors to help us get your queries resolved as quickly as possible. We thank you for your continued patience.0

Seems to be there are a lot of customers only being part refunded and then either not recieving any goods at all or not what they have paid for. If Muddy puddles are possibly in liquidation they don't seem to be doing to badly hanging onto these overcharges-quite worrying for those who paid via card.0

I received my order today, having had a refund of £13 from an £80 order. There is about £22 worth of stuff missing, so I phoned and was assured that I would be getting a second refund and anything not in the parcel was definitely not in stock (and now not on the website). The lady did apologise and said they've been having difficulties (!).
I have to say that I've been lucky and got all the pirate bits I was mostly after, so chuffed with that. The trainers would have been nice and the service has been shoddy, but there you go...0 -
I've started a paypal dispute with them. Recieved some items, refunded for others but still missing either items or more money refunded. Have requested my postage back too considering the inconvenience it's caused.
It's a shame because the stuff I have recieved is nice but the service has just been terrible0 -

I've finally received an email from them saying they will refund the difference between the 3 items out of 15 that I actually received and the amount I paid (minus some random small amounts that they had already refunded.) As I paid by card, I can't see the refund on my account yet, but hopefully I will see it in the next day or two.
Its taken me over a fortnight of waiting, countless phonecalls, emails and facebook messages to get 3 items out of 15 ordered and the correct refund.
Will I be using them again? NO! Will I be leaving terrible feedback, and warning others to avoid them? YES!
The whole thing has been a shambles from start to finish, and an example of the poorest customer service I have ever seen, plus a lesson in the quickest way to lose customers.0
