Just a thought... Could it be possible that MP are rationing the cheap items out? I can't understand why they are still selling stock but people who have ordered it haven't recieved it. Have they just printed out the things they're sending people, or printing out the full order details and actually writing 'out of stock'... or just crossing through items? I just wondered if we're assuming they're out of stock when maybe they really aren't! I can think of a reason or two not to send items to people in what is already total chaos. Then again, perhaps I'm getting too suspicious of them, the result of seeing everyone getting messed around . It's just so odd.

my on my invoice they have just put and x mark next o the items but as i said earlier they have not even listed my full order on mine 9 of the items are still showing as being in stock n their website what i would like toknow is why have not been sent them? when they are clearly still taking orders for these items.

Well I've recieved my order. Not all of it, but some. Didn't get the trainers or uv suit I wanted. There are things that are showing as in stock on the website that I haven't got. I also have no sign of a refund, I paid by debit card. I'm going to send an email to complain.

I must say though - what I have got is very good quality. I know the service has been terrible but you can't fault the products. They are so good I'm tempted to chance another order!

Oh and I've just noticed the delivery note has a date of 9th Jan as the shipment date. My guess is this is the day they printed all the orders off.

Glad im not alone in thinking this. Ive thought this the last couple of days. I received one pink rain mac today, (ordered 3) yet online they are showing in stock! It was also mentioned on here a couple of days ago that some orders had these missing as OOS, yet i got mine today??

Does anyone know how you stand if you cancel your order under the distant selling regs?? can you return the items via there freepost service and still claim your full order & p&p costs, or do they deduct there return postage costs from the total? Ive ended up paying more for postage than the items i received and dont intend to keep them unless im going to be out of pocket.

Well I ordered 13 items totallying £47 and I received a grand total of 2!! Received my refund of £36 which doesn't total up anyway. I will be phoning on Monday and received the postage back and the difference I am mising. Wouldn't have ordered if it was for only two items and £4 postage

Well this has been interesting reading. Sorry to all of you who have had problems. I haven't received any of my order yet. It says my order has been packing since 12th jan. think I will send them an email and see what happens. Goodluck to all of you with outstanding orders and I standing refunds. Hope we get it sorted.

I recieved 4 of the 10 items I ordered of which 2 were the incorrect colour! They should seriously consider changing their company name to Cruddy Muddles.

Just writing my complaint email and some of the website is changing. There is now both a Sale & a Clearance (under the bargains header) and some of the items that were in stock (according to the website) this afternoon are now out of stock. Maybe they have finally decided to sort the website!
