Kids gloves, hats etc from 30p!

I had no extra parcel today, so I decided to check my credit card account again and I have received another refund for £26.60 today. I was initially annoyed, as thought I'd paid p&p for 2 fleecy hats at 90p, but adding up my 3 refunds, I have actually been given a full refund inc the p&p costs. This may have been because of the email I sent the other day requesting a full refund. Though, I'm just so glad that I've got all my money back. I'm annoyed at the fact MP phoned me last week to check I just wanted one jacket (their system charged me for 2 jackets instead of 1). I told them yes, but they must have had jacket in stock then so how is it out of stock now - don't get it.

Just received my order of 2 hats only charged 90p for 1 of them and postage £3.29!!!!

I emailed last week asking what is going on and explaining I did not want a small amount of my order if I had to pay more postage! NO REPLY
I tried ringing and got no answer!
Never again will I be using Muddy Puddles!

Just checked my Paypal account!
Orginal order was 17.54-12.69(refund)=4.85
So I have paid £4.85 and the order invoice states 3.29+0.90= 4.19

Oooh some serious ranting will be occurring on Monday morning!

Well, my order has just arrived and I'm pleasantly surprised - I have received 4 of the 5 items I ordered. I am missing a pair of warm joggers. There is also a note explaining they had unprecedented demand and a refund will follow for missing items, plus a £5 voucher valid until the end of Feb when you spend £20. Can't see myself using that! All in all not too bad for me but what a palaver!

I received a dispatch email on Wednesday. Still no parcel today, unless an extra delivery arrives. Is this the same sort of timespan others have waited. It says first class on all orders doesn't it?

really not sure what is going on with my order - i have received a full refund yesterday and today i have received an email stating my order has ALL been shipped, and my status on the site says shipped...... i will see what happens!

I'm in the same situation as you. I had a dispatch note on Thursday, again apparently with upgraded delivery but still waiting for who knows what. Paid by credit card and as yet no refund but I'm sure I'll be getting one as I ordered shoes. Hubby is furious. I've used MP many times before but sadly I'm also a lost customer

It's my understanding that you can open a Paypal dispute if item/s not received, or items received are not as described, so if you are wrongly charged/refunded or don't receive what you were told on dispatch note, I think you can open dispute? may be wrong so might be worth double checking paypal faqs, hth.

I just logged in as I've been away for a week. My account is showing as everything shipped on 19th (ordered on 7th) I received the pirate flags this morning, but none of the garden sets and t shirts. I've got my fingers crossed that they are in another parcel which is on the way

despite the problems this is a great grabbit

I hope everyone gets their refunds quickly. I also had no communication from them and my order had showed as packing since 10th Jan (made order on 7th). Then after my email to them using the contact form on the webpage I had a dispatch email and everything ordered was showing as dispatched, however when I got it there was only a few items and the gardening sets were different ones than what I ordered. I still had no refund so again emailed using the contact form and have checked my card statement which shows 2 refunds from them but they seem to have refunded me for a bit more than what's missing! If they cant handle the orders properly they should suspend their online sale until they get this lot of orders fulfilled.

Thanks to OP as the items I did receive I am happy with. I would probably order from them again though I'd be wary of making a large order.
