    I just got my dispatched email at last! Now I just have to cross my fingers that the thermals, gloves and hats that I actually need are in the parcel.

    Possession, that worked, genius! Within 6 minutes I had an email back from them to say my order has shipped. Now I just need to know what exactly 'my order' is as well hehe.

    Next week will we all be chasing refunds? I think so :(
  • also ordered on the 7th, phoned last fri and they said someone would call me back mon...nothing so emailed them and got told the same as most people that they had moved blah blah.

    have sent them another email asking if and when my order which still says packing will be dispatched. paid via paypal so dont know whether to claim as i really want the snow boots ive ordered. used them in the past so im really annoyed with their bad customer services and how they seem to be working backwards at dispatching orders.

    Great news. Fingers crossed.
    On the (possible) plus side, I have just been looking at the Mountain warehouse sale also on the Grabbit board. To buy gloves and thermals on there even in their clearance sale I'd be paying way more than at MP, and most of the items I ordered weren't the really really cheap items either. Of course this is only a plus if I actually get them you understand.
  • Picked up my order from the post office today, all items were in:2 tops, garden kit and neck chube as I didnt order much.

    And just spoken to a friend who got her order delivered twice today, a small one only worth a tenner but this time they were very generous....guess she will need to return it.

    I rang in the week about my orders, was assured I'd still be getting all the things I ordered. I received only 1 of my 2 orders today, and there are 2 things marked with a * on the packing sheet which are missing, but also several things not even listed on the sheet that appeared to have been cancelled somewhere along the line. Just checked my bank account and the refunds don't come to the right amount for what's missing, plus they seem to have forgotten all about the 3 for 2 on hats etc as that hasn't come off either. What a mess :eek:. I'm missing a raincoat, neck chubes, gloves, swim goggles, gardening bits, grow pots etc - the usual stuff.

    To top it off my daughter tried the shoes on and announced that they hurt :rotfl:

    I've only just had the 'shipped' email for the first order I placed so goodness knows what a botch they've made of that!

    Thanks to Posession, emailing them again I got a phone call back within 10 minutes but only to be told that apart from 2 items everything I had ordered was out of stock :-( yet amazingly their website is still advertising this amazing sale. Am wary about oredering another time from them now.

    Order status partly dispatched on the 9th,packing on the 11th,rang on monday & they agreed to cancel & refund immediately,nothing,rang again yesterday,told they would ring me straight back when they had chased it up,just recieved dispatch email.Will see what arrives & when,will certainly not be using again :(
