well, got my cc statement, looks like they've refunded me £5.70, received only 8 things from a 23 item order. I reckon they owe me £6.94. Anyone had any success getting money back from them yet from a credit card payment? I'm about to contact them now.0

Got my order today that I only placed last week. Got to say items are lovely and I haven't had any delivery problems so ordering from now on may be okay0

What a shower of incompetent, lying muppets.
I contacted them over a week ago explaining that I had not only been charged more postage than the items I had been invoiced for, I had also been charged for items I hadn't received. The guy I spoke to offered to refund the entire order as a gesture of goodwill. Fast forward to today and finally my refund has come through ........... except it hasn't. They had only refunded the 2 items I hadn't received, not the postage or the small amount for the items I did receive.
I would have been happy with a postage refund but having been [STRIKE]told[/STRIKE] lied to that I would get the entire order cost back I phoned up today. The girl I spoke to only offered to refund the postage and can't understand why I would have been [STRIKE]told[/STRIKE] lied to last week.
I'm done with Muddy Puddles. That's another customer they have lost. Can't believe I actually told the other CS last week that they'd retained a customer. So that'll be another week they will have had my money. Wish I'd paid Paypal now

I got the second part of my refund on Friday and it all seems to add up finally. The delivery note was incomplete, missing several items... so I have spent ages working out what i have recieved and what is missing plus calculating it all.
Just called up now and complained about the lack of info from them, and asked for a refund on the postage as I only recieved a few of the many items i had ordered. She said she will refund the postage and said that a lot of the phased refunds went through on friday following a stock take.
I also got a £5 off code in with my parcel for a £20 spend before end Feb.... which i will not be using....great quality items, but crappy service!0 -

I paid via debit card. Today I received a refund of the outstanding money that was owed. It was correct, in one payment and also included a refund of postage costs. I was surprised that they had given me the refund of p&p as i never asked for it. Hopefully those who paid via card should also start seeing there money refunded aswell.0

Still to hear anything apart from that generated email asking if I'd heard about my order or received my order!!!! I've contacted my credit card company now and the claim process is started.0
