Has anyone got the phone number as both listed numbers are unobtainable. Thank you0

I'm still ringing. Great way to spend a morning off. Keep on getting the overflow call centre in Cumbria. They say they have no other number for Muddy Puddles, only the one that's on the web site. I've left my number numerous times now. It's getting very silly. I really need to speak to someone but they only work office hours and I'm usually at work during those. :-(0

The first overflow centre gave 0844 557 4945 but they also said it was an overflow service

For those who were ordering bits & bobs for shoebox fillers, Matalan have a few kiddies hat sets online for £1 - £2 each, not quite as cheap as Muddy Ps but some have more than one item per set. P&P is £2.95 (less than MP'S) but code is available and working for 20% off (I found under discount forum search on Matalan). And their customer service is better, but that's not saying much, this company has been alarmingly shocking.0

I just noticed I had a partial refund on my account. My order came to £15.69 plus £3.95 postage. I've just had a refund for £12.54. By my calculations, I will be receiving goods valued at £3.15 and paying postage of £3.95 but I can't make the figures work.
My order still shows as Packing from the 11th. The order was placed on the 7th when they took the money from my account. The refund only came back on the 13th so 6 days with my money and noy 9 days since the order was placed and not a single email or delivery.
I ordered with Muddy Puddles last year but this year will be the last. :mad:0 -

I have so far:
Phoned 18 times all have gone through to either an over flow call centre or their order line (neither can do anything)
I have left my contact details a few times
Have sent them 3 messages through their get in touch page on the website, first message left on Saturday. (it say for a quick responce) No reply.
I am still waiting for a call back but I do not expect a responce.
Defintely won't be using muddy puddle again and would certainly not recommend it to a friend actually it would be the complete opposite.0 -
What an absolute joke this company is!
I've just received an email from Paypal notifying me of refund, makes my order now £4.28 which means with my delivery the only item I've got is a pair of gloves worth 33p!! Tried to ring them, got passed from pillar to post and probably spent more money than the order on the phone call trying to cancel the item.
I've sent an email now but no doubt they are inundated with them too.........0 -
They have given staff from the call centre an email to read to everyone that phones up.
Apparently TPS was taken oven by another company on the 1st January so the problem does not lie with them even though I placed my order on the 7th January. They have no access to your order so can't do anything. Why did they not suspend the website or not put a sale on while they were doing this.
I do think I may be finally getting somewhere as they when I phoned last time she did say she would pass my details on to a supervisor but I won't get my hopes up.0
