Have a refund minus £3:93 so not sure what that can be as their delivery charge is £3:95.

Have asked for the order to be cancelled and the rest of the balance refunded.

I placed an order on the 8th and have had no refund. What bad customer service... I paid for delivery to Ireland so I hope I'm not just sent one thing.

I have been ringing and ringing ( and 0844 number !) and keep being put through to the order line overflow. Outrageous customer service after being closed all weekend.

Mine was auto generated from Paypal - nothing from the company themselves at all - poor show imo

Just received my order. It's all there, and nothing eas refunded. I got the dispatch email on 12th, so it's taken 4 days, over a weekend, to get here.

Rang them and they said they were only the overflow service and to ring another number, did that and they said they were an overflow service but would get them to call me
