I just got a partial refund of £3.39, so I presume i'm getting most of my order. Seriously, they are only small and they were swamped. I think they're doing the absolute best they can in the circumstances.

Well I am peeved of myu 17.54 order I have been refunded 12.89 and I know postage is 3.95! So a 90p item and postage? I only know about refund because of Paypal email no correspondence from Muddy at all! I will not be amused if they send me 1 bobble hat!

I have had a £18 refund but sis have an £80 order. I have the free castle in that order. I hope they honor that because my order was over £80 it is them that have reduced it and I added £16 of stuff to specifically get the castle. Knowing my luck I will get the £16 of stuff i didn't really want no castle and £18 that has been refunded is of the stuff I wanted lol x x

I had an refund email sent for the value of £25.24, my total order value was £29.68 inc delivery so I had to ring them to find out what I was actually getting which ended up being 1 pirate flag costing 53p plus £3.95 to have it delivered lol! the lady did refund the delivery charge and was very sorry and said that they are in the process of refunding 1400 orders as the website could not cope with the overwelming demand and did not show out of stock items straight away. hope others have better luck them me! didnt even want the flag!

I have just had refund of £43 from a £49 order..... £4 delivery and £2 trunks, too late to call them so had to send an email to cancel and say that i was unhappy i hadn't been contacted as 95% of my order was OOS - will see what happens...

i just checked my paypal and also had a refund of £3.75. my order was only £15.65 inc postage.

just phoned them and they said they would get someone to call me back monday. they've had a few calls about the same thing and will look into it.

I've had a refund today, so I'll be paying more on p&p than I am on items! I've sent them a message via their website, so hopefully they'll do something about all this
