I got a paypal message regarding my small refund rather than a message from the company. Oh dear it does sound as if they are in a right pickle. But how does a tiny company handle a deluge like this? If staff are ringing/emailing customers they can't be getting on with sorting out the mess. I guess I'm not expecting my order after all now.

Well i recived my order today placed one for £40 odd pound and got a paypal refund of £7.99 so was quite happy a si thought it would be gloves etc. the order is missing 5 items and the coats on the invoice have been priced at £3.50 instead of £13.50 so i'm missing alot more stuff and should have had £20.49 refunded a big diffrence from the £7.99 actually refunded, so would advise evryone to check there invoice against actual prices paid..

They are handling this really badly. They have shut the phone lines down and so we will all have to wait till Monday. I did phone their number but got redirected to a different call centre that is taking their calls today. He has had alot of phone calls all about the fact that they have refunded people most of their items because they were out of stock. Most people it seem are paying £3.95 postage for 1 item.

i ordered when i saw this too - i have not received anything at all and cant even log in as it now says that my email is not recognised on their system even though i ordered with it last week.

by the way folks, they're not some tiny company, they are owned by tp toys who it appears went into administration in december!

I placed an order on 07.01.12 received my conf email but then nothing since! I hear they are a small company which is fair enough I like to support small businesses but this really is taking the biscuit!

I've just looked at their site and it says
"Our sale has been a big success!
Due to the unprecedented demand during our sale period, we are unable to process and dispatch orders in our usual quick time frames. We apologise for any delay in getting your order out to you and to reduce your wait time we are now sending out all outstanding orders by first class delivery!
We value your order and appreciate your patience at this busy time."

According to their response to someone's question on Facebook about TP Toys, they are no longer owned by them.
