yes, leave all ticked and fix allFriendly greeting!0

you may want to go to the third tab (tools) and look at startup programs... there can be many things therein that lead to performance issues, or are just unnecessary... but dont disable blindly, post for help / use hijackthisFriendly greeting!0

Exif Launcher 2.lnk C:\Program Files\FinePixViewer\QuickDCF2.exe
TRDCReminder.lnk C:\Program Files\TOSHIBA\TRDCReminder\TRDCReminder.exe
unless of course you use the sidebar. and if you haven't restarted since installing malwarebytes anti-malware, then restart and check again - you don't need anything from MBAM auto-starting in my experienceFriendly greeting!0 -

basically, the only thing you should need to leave enabled in that startup list is the avast entry, for your antivirus. Everything else can be safely disabled...this will make a difference, and there'll probably be more in other areas (Like services.msc) that can be disabled as well......Gettin' There, Wherever There is......
I have a dodgy "i" key, so ignore spelling errors due to "i" issues, ...I blame Apple0
