I don't pay for my TCB membership. Not sure what extras I would get for the premium membership? I joined Bounts today as I walk at least 16000 steps a day - I did sign up for the paid membership for that at £1.49 a month as you're only "paid" for 7000 steps on the free one and "earn" £5 a year, you can earn up to £200 with premium. I'll see how it goes.I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)0

Aha - you have read the small print I see!
Thx SA - will review, and 16000 steps a day is awesome.
On a more spendy note, but linked to this and intrigued by earlier posts from Tilly, I have just purchased a FitBit to help me focus on exercise and my health more generally. It's always taking a back seat at the mo, so seems worth it if it gives me the data to kick myself into gear. I will link it to Bounts and see how I go. Have also just taken a deep breath and bought some shares. Felt a bit weird but amazing what you can do from an app on a phoneJust dipping my toe in with 100 Lloyds Bank shares. Put them into my pension which badly needs a boost after severe neglect when I was in my DFW (and to be honest pre LBM) phase as well. Will see how they fare. Wouldn't have done it but nudged on by SlowlyFading's blog.
Returned home to a garden that is flourishing in the sun.. Love it. OH and I have been quite buoyed up by it and plan to do some work in it tomorrow..
Bought some small items to help a friend who is launching a business - all good items and v pleased to support - hardly charity - but other than that nothing so a LSD. Tom soup for tea and then last episode of the Night Manager. Small thingsbut deep joy

Hi folks
Just checking in to keep me focussed despite a lurking migraine...well it wants to be, but isn't yet..:( damn hormones..
Yesterday eve we lit the fire and played board games..nice way to spend the eve. Decluttered 8 clothing items for CS and a never played kids board game. Fighting off a cold tho...sound like an old crock hey!
Today I used TCB to get DD2 a new school bag which she wanted. She chose one and then I checked on TCB and saw could get a nice 10% new customer discount so snaffled thathave sorted a big Trose order (we are cooking for a charity fundraiser and need various items will be easier to get via there, rather than trailing around the ethnic supermarkets..it's on Friday so no real time to cook and shop so taking the non MSE approach...but all for a v good cause)
We have also been in the garden planting out some plants, sorting chooks and unblocking drains...OH has been checking under the floorboardsAll good now and a nice onion and garlic soup for lunch. BM on so we can take the soup to work for lunch with bread. (PS. It's yummy, kids very complimentary- def recommend it)
Using up cold chicken for a roast type dinner this eve. Will do roasties and maybe some caulie cheese.
Nice sun this morning, pegged out 3 loads Alice. Clouding over now tho. Which reminds me must put the monitor for the panels back on as I like totting up how much we get each day.
Have updated my sig - determined to make this the third NSD of the month...
Hope everyone else is well.

Have just used TCB for the first time and placed a clickcollect order for DH to pick up on way home tomorrow after work from T*co......and it does give TClubCard points as just takes you through to log in as normal:T
Checked back on TCB and it has already logged my visits and T8sco site said cash back should be in my account within 7 days....all very easy:) that should be my first 50p minimum. That would make £2 per month for a weekly £50 order so looks like it will be worth paying £5 for the enhanced membership .....will see....watch this space
Thanks guys:T

Yes thanks MfD...fresh air and tea seems to have got rid of it..it didn't take a complete hold thank goodness otherwise that'd have been a write off of my day.
