:rotfl: Hey Mrs Fluffy, I just think you were being greedy and wanted to make sure you were noticed !!!!:rotfl: It did make me laugh though, my head is fuzzy at the best of times and I managed to confuse myself by keep on re reading your post !
brizzled, I have finally caught up with you !! Wow you've been busy again, and well done on the obeying ( oops, ebaying !!! :rotfl:). I am still making a half hearted effort, but not getting stuck into it as I should. I think I have subscribed to the Small Things thread, but must confess I really can't remember the last time I looked at it. I think it was a good idea at the time , but I was finding it gave me one more thing to do, so I ended up posting my small things on my diary and making myself do them ! I'm sure its great for some though, but Im don't seem to be very good at keeping up with these challenges !
I'm glad you have a beautiful tidy house , the girls are happy and you have managed to have tea and cakes with your OH, sounds lovely ! Enjoy your day today xxLBM July 2011 - Finally took control Nov 2011 DFD Sometime in the distant future !

hi guys..
I will be checking the insurance pricing but as its a camper van there are limited insurers..but dont worry we will compare as much as we can. QuidCo is a useful reminder - thanks, especially as they have that £5 fee which you need to pay before you get any cashback loot
am enjoying the day off so far. Survey to do in 2 mins but £30..yay! have hung out washing, another load on, talked to my mum..its all go here in Brizzledom!!
The small things thread is a new thread started every day...I just type in small dfw things into the Forum Search box and that day's thread comes up. Its usually started by some kind soul around 7am ish..and a new one starts every day. There are lots of regulars and newbies drop in and out too..but its the discpline I love...you can't beat a good list in my book:DMFiT-T4 Member No. 96 - 2022 is my MF goal

I am so jealous of you with your camper van ! I keep telling Mr Pinot that when my girls get married I want to present them with a customised VW Camper for each of them!!
Firstly - in our current financial situation , pigs may well fly !
Secondly - They probably don't actually want a camper van but are just nodding and humouring, the mad old Mrs Pinot !
Thirdly - They might never get married, so then I could just buy the Camper Van for myself and Mr Pinot and we can trundle off whenever the mood takes us into the sunset ! Hmmm I think Option 3 sounds the best idea !
Ok, I'm going now before I ramble on even more. Oh and I am going to take a look at the small things thread again, I think I need the discipline ! Good Luck with the survey :DxLBM July 2011 - Finally took control Nov 2011 DFD Sometime in the distant future !

hi everyone
welcome Piquant..I love a stalker:D
The camper van was a big financial hit..the MFiT-3 challenge has suffered as a result I can tell you! However...it is an amazing thing to use for breaks away and we even go out in the snow in the winter. Our holidays are definitely cheaper, much cheaper as a result. It is fairly new..so in theory maintenance and reliability is good..but fuel is a big thing..luckily we live in a city so use vehicles as little as possible. I am not commuting very much at the moment - am taking the train - but when I do I will be using a car..believe me you wouldnt want to use this thing which averages about 29 mpg if youre doing motorways:eek:
Busy cooking now..did my survey which was very interesting..and even a little theraputic....and to be paid for it. Wow! Need to do more of this stuff.
Will pop back later - need to do the small things thread..dont think I did today..can't remember..lord am going mad....:rotfl:

Hello..have done 3/4 tasks...and its only 1:23pm...blooming amazing!!
Mortgage amount (now before I pretend to myself that it was all due to MSEing..) has gone down by £2,171.89 since I last updated my sig on 24/02/12.. and some of that is raiding the current account of any scraps and some is the remainder of the car sale money..BUT..anyway its good news. Off to update sig and complete the MFiT -2 folks as havent done that for an age.
I also have some more expenses to do..despite my good intentions I left the envelopes in the office..will do that tomorrow and I have been told by the insurance company that they have paid my accident claim in full. Its all good stuff and will help the cash flow that seem to continually plague my current account..not helped by fact its a joint one! We account for it all, its just cash flow....or thats what I say to myself..I wonder??!
Have a great day guys
