aawwh..thanks MC..thats lovely of you!!
Just having a wobble about an EBay sale, worried that the buyer may be disappointed...just posted on jwil's thread..but maybe I am seeing shadows. Will just have to wait and see I guess.
A good day today..spent £3.80 on coffees and cake with my OH..a rare occasion I can tell you! and £2.10 on a cake with one of my lovely neighbours. 'Lost' £4.00 on postage on sending EBay parcels but oh well will chalk it up to experience and overall I think it was OK. A LSD!! Ebay has been good to us - £272.10 so far! Not bad eh!! . Definitely makes it worth all the effort of listing and despatching etc.
Did the small things thread today. Do love the discipline of it all and it does help me sort myself out a bit, and a few goals to focus on... havent done the meal planning piece yet but will try and do that this eve
Hope everyone is well..

Well done on your ebay sales! If the buyer isn't happy, just offer them a refund on return, it's what they will be asked to do if they open a dispute. Fingers crossed they will be happy though"Good financial planning is about not spending money on things that add no value to your life in order to have more money for the things that do". Eoin McGee0

Hi Brizzle, just popping in for a quick catch up. So, have you caught the bug that is Ebay yet? It can be so addictive. Well done on your sales so far.
After tomorrow Mr F is on leave for two weeks :j unfortunately for him he'll be helping me in the business for at least half of it. He's hoping to catch the Test Match (cricket) between New Zealand and South Africa, that is, if I don't have other plans for him, mwahaha.Diary: Conquering Debts Once and For All

Wow, Fluffes had a good catch up, didn't she! Posted that four times. I wonder if the forum was glitchy after being down for maintainance. Not that I was around at that time of the morning, but it will have been afternoon for her in NZ.
It's lovely how reading other people's diaries and seeing them succeeding AND staying cheerful helps us with our own DF journeys.
You're the third person I've seen mention the Small Things thread. Is it on this board? I may need to investigate.....:D.
About the car insurance, you did do a good shop round for prices did you? As per the article on the main MSE site? And I'm sure you've already thought about this, but don't forget Quidco or TCB if you're changing company. I spent hours searching for our cheapest, and it turned out to be best to stay with our existing provider (Admiral on a multi-car policy), but I know that's pretty rare so I'm glad I checked.
Anyway, enjoy your day off xLBM Dec 2011. Aimed, but failed, to clear all unsecured debt by Feb 2019. Finally free of unsecured debt 21st May 21!
Debt Dec 11: Unsecured £69,579 + Mortgage £59,948 = £129,527
Debt May 21: Unsecured ZERO! ZILCH! Mortgage £22,3320
