Morning Brizzle, the idea of a regular massage is superb. I'd love to have that to look forward
We're off out with friends tonight after parent evening, out to a party Friday and then a wedding on Saturday. I'll need to stay in bed all Sunday to recover :rotfl:

Me too, I'd love a regular massage. I had one of the hot stone massages once, it was amazing! I slept like the dead every night for ages. I might have a look and see how much they cost these days.Total debt at October 2008: £67,213.30

Spa treatments to celebrate the end of debt!Trying to shift that debt!0 -
I had a sports massage the other week - not exactly a relaxing experience(!) but my legs felt SO much better for it. Unfortunately she discovered that my right sacroiliac joint has popped out again, so I'm off to the osteopath on Tuesday to see if she can crunch it back into place for me
Where do you all go for massages? I've been for a few at the local beauty salons and found it more annoying than relaxing, no matter how often I ask them to increase the pressure a bit, they don't do much more than stroke you with smelly oil and charge you £40 for 45 minutes. Whereas my sports massage lady is a fully qualified sports massage therapist, knows how to work out all my knots and charges £30 for an hour! She does relaxation massages too, so I think I'll try her next time I want to relax0 -
Hi Caz
I am a fan of sports massage too but with aromatherapy oils. To be honest most masseurs I have been to use a combination of techniques. Had a couple of nice massages at a spa but it is more hit and miss. When I went last year to a spa and part of the package was a treatment I deliberately chose a facial instead for that very reason!
Off out now..will update later. A busy but productive day
