  • I like frugal weekends, they're the best. Usually means quality time spent with the family. :D

One of our friends have just had a baby. She's 10 days old and just gorgeous. A head full of jet black hair - not sure if that'll stay though.

Glad to hear the sun has made an appearance. Doesn't it make a difference? I hope it makes you feel more energetic.

Clever Mr B! I have used the images on stock libraries extensively in the past, he may well make some money from it. Designers all over the world scour the libraries for something unique and different. Good luck to him!

  • Hi brizzle :D

It does sound like a fab weekend :j
Mmm lasagne sounds lush :D But i do have to ask - what is a stock library please? - i am puzzled :o

Did you go for your massage ? I aways feel ill after a massage _pale_ - i do feel alot better later though and this outweighs the nausea so on balance is worth it. I do already drink alot of water - do you get affected like this or do you know of any other remedies to try and avoid it ? i think it can affect alot of people in this way.

Sorry for all the questions :o Hope you get plenty of rest and some energy back soon as its rubbish feeling tired so much ((hugs))

Hope you got your massage Brizzle and it left you feeling lovely and relaxed

DDFW, do you sit up quickly after the masseuse has finished? Perhaps try relaxing for a short while before sitting up, especially if it's a full body massage, as your blood pressure may have dropped which can in turn lead to nausea.

    Hi everyone

The massage was amazing. Quite firm and some trigger point which I LOVE :) I don't feel sick DDFW..but sometimesI fall asleep :rotfl: but agree with Granny..do take it easy afterwards. I came straight home and was asleep within an hour of being home. I also only had a snack before I went. Didn't want a full stomach.

    So good things today:

    1. Wonderful brunch sandwich and great coffees with a wonderful work colleague. The essential work chat went very well, fuelled by such good fare! What a start to my day :D

    2. Did some TTs and set up to clear CC balance next week on work card etc..admin essentially! But see I have made £8 in cash back so that's cool as I won't pay interest so it's all profit. Also creeping towards sub £4k mark this week..

    3. Use Ups for tea..OH is 'assembling' it (with added kale, garlic and apple and a couscous side) whilst supervising DD1's homework....I am on here with a glass of wine at my elbow:D Bliss ;)

    4. More photos on the stock library ( it's a library for images DDFW...usually taken on a 'usual' camera, but this one is especially for photos taken with a phone, it's an app...who knows but great to see and he is chuffed)

    5. Looking forward to a relaxing evening this eve...I plan on watching some TV :) First time in ages :)

    Hope everyone is well.

  • Thanks guys :D

Granny yes i always make sure i don't sit up straight away and relax a bit first - the nausea isn't instant maybe about an hour later ? Not checked the timings. And as brizzle says - no full tummy when i go either. But the long-term benefit outweighs the short term sickness :T

    Brizzle yours sounds fab :D
