    Thanks granny/DDFW.

It was lovely..the Book Thief and we didnt spend a bean:D Not entirely convinced by the film at times but not bad at all. If you get a chance see what you think. OH loved the book - thought film was good but not stellar

    So, thoughts for today:

    1. HM dinner as ever :)
    2. Lots of medium term planning today for job and opportunities..:D Am plotting a change (I think, its not certain) which adds risk to my life but may be the best thing long term
    3. Posted EBay parcels
    4. TTs, FIT payment came through (only £100 but thats OK its been miserable) and I am below £4200!! :D:D
    5. HM bread made in the BM:A

So some of these are very small steps but they make me feel positive :)

    Thanks Tilly.

A sneaky number 6 creeping in..

    6. DDs made a cake all by thermselves..vicky sponge with strawberry jam and butter icing and strawberries ( reduced as v out of season) and icing sugar on top. Lush. Am rather proud of them. They eventually cleared up afterwards too and did some chores for me without complaint..laundry etc. all makes a difference when you are trying to WAH, answer calls etc!

Hope everyone is OK. Was pleased we had sun today, makes the whole day seem better, doesn't it?

Hi brizzled - just catching up with your diary. Sounds like you had a good day yesterday. It really makes a difference when the sun shines - it was glorious in my neck of the woods yesterday and what a DFW pleasure to get washing dry on the line! Well done on the debt heading in the right direction! :)

Thanks lovely peeps..have to say aren't the people on here SO lovely..I love you all :)

    So good things today:

    1. We have a great and VERY frugal weekend. Apart from fuel we only bought some cider and fish & chips which was effectively covered by the sale money from one of our EBay items..am well chuffed and we have a full tank of fuel now which should last us a fortnight/3 weeks all being well as no trips really planned

    2. Just had a lovely lunch and cake with KerriDFW..really nice to catch up and top MSE baby is REALLY gorgeous and I had lots of gorgeous cuddles. K also gave me lots of great plants..I feel thoroughly spoilt and yet she is the one with the newborn :D :rotfl:

    3. Planning to have a massage this eve..already paid for, last year sometime. so no cost there and then will come back and relax with OH

    4. Dinner from stores...a concoction I have made into lasagne (spinach and salmon and mackerel! Well wanted to give it a go!!) with lots of garlic, pepper and nutmeg

    5. Feel constantly tired at the moment but will haul myself up off the sofa in a moment to take some things to the CS and get a dress to the tailors..I love the dress but it needs a new zip and my sewing skills are not up to that :) but I'd like to wear it again..I miss it

Laters folks. Sorry if I am not getting to your diary very often..I do think about you all, often, but where do the hours go
