Thanks PLMBL.. Wise words as usual
It is positive but I do feel daft! What a waste of cash. When I get below £9k though I will feel a bit better. It's been a tough month and still can't quite work out why!!MFiT-T4 Member No. 96 - 2022 is my MF goal

Hi Brizzle,
Just popping in to cheer you on!! So nearly sub 9k - will be here before we all know it!
I am also supposedly 'quite bright' but have made some big mistakes. Just got to keep on trucking through the fall out and try not to make the same mistake again. (I am living this!).
You're doing a great job on the debt busting - hang in there. Good news on the lodger!!! :T:T

Thanks BH.
Have just been for a lovely catch up with a friend..glass of wine or 2 on a school night makes everything in the world seem Ok, somehow!!and we spent a lot of time discussing lodgers..she is v v keen on having one of her own and she certainly has the room as her eldest 2 are pretty much moved out. I also told her the size of our debt last year..her face was a picture!! :rotfl:
Hope you and girls are OK BH..just popping off to checkMFiT-T4 Member No. 96 - 2022 is my MF goal

I too am supposed to be bright, so why oh why have I allowed myself to get into this position. However, as Lucky quite rightly says, its not the starting point but the end that matters most.
Under £9k soon, exciting times.

People who have never made mistakes never learn. Sub 9k, immense, you will be debt free so soon.
inspirational!Trying to shift that debt!0 -
Sub £9000 is amazing Brizzle well done. :T That's something like 65% paid off already or only 35% to go or 7/20ths in old money. I could go on but you get the point, you've done brilliantly and are an inspiration :j0
