Brizzled - no, I don't have a diary - just lurk on other people's.
I didn't go out of my town today although I did have reason to go on the road that is used as the cut through instead of the m-way - yuck! And that was at 4.30. At least the driver is alive.0 -
Hi all...breaking news..I had a glass of vino with a mate whilst OH has done the dough with DD 1.. Result. Mate has been made redundant so whilst all OK in many ways and kinda prepared for still got to be worked through....
Using one of igamogam's recipes for tea so v MSE style today!
£15.80 so far this week on Ebay bids. Fingers crossed for more especially after that blasted non payer.
Did expenses but still have to do pesky mileage

Hi folks!
Around 5kg of green tomato chutney on the hob..luscious lunch of flatbreads, spicy cauliflower and salads and 'use ups'...roast dinner prepped for friends this eve. All is good in the Brizzle household food wise!:rotfl:
Money wise..very tight. Making good progress on the debt busting of course but hard to keep an absolute lid on spends during the week and we must. Went to the pub for a few drinks yesterday. Came home for tea despite the kids protestations..but in some ways shouldn't have gone in first place. Ebay going ok but bids stuck around £15 which is less than I had hoped with 2 days to go on most items.
But good things...no childcare fees this month and DDs coping well. A wonderful friend is stepping into help on one day next week when OH and I are both away working v late. We have a lovely lodger. The sun is shining and washing is pegged out on line and on racks outside. More stuff listed on ebay. Had a good lie in too...the joy of small things :T;)MFiT-T4 Member No. 96 - 2022 is my MF goal

Yesterday was a good day although spent far too long in the kitchen:o
But tomato chutney made and garden cleared..very impressed Mrs Tilly is still planting peas..no chance here. We have cleared the garden and that's it now. Made roast dinner and pudding. Made gorgeous lunch with DD2. Cleared huge heap of laundry..did some grocery shopping..and oh well the day was done:eek:
I hope to get down the allotment today to dig up potatoes and pick some apples. And money is so tight ( because so obsessed with the CC totals) I think they will feature heavily in my meal planning for the next few weeksHaving a get together with the neighbours this afternoon too so that'll be good. Have a bit of work to do too..should have got up early to do it but CBA tbh:rotfl:
Currently sitting in bed with a cup of tea and MSE diaries..not a bad life! :T;)MFiT-T4 Member No. 96 - 2022 is my MF goal
