Yes thankyou my dear, I am feeling much better this morning and looking forward to my week off with DM next week.

I'm coming to your neck of the woods in a couple of weeks. Do you know a good place to park for one night near Ib1s Temple Meads?

Hope you have a good day today

I wish I hadn't been away from her so much as the spare room website would have been ideal for DS2. He has somewhere now but it was tricky for a while.

I am really impressed by all your recent money making activities. Don't be downhearted if you are not DF by NYE. You could move the goalposts to end of January? I have had to move mine and if I succeed before then all the better.

    Thanks all.

In a rush as going out to dinner with OH! Not v MSE but cheaper than divorce I reckon as ages since we have had a conversation :-(

We have registered the room on Spare Room so fingers crossed. 6 more items listed on fleabay and some books and CDs sold on Amaz9n.

Granny that's a tough place to park have to say. Cant think where u could easily park in a MSC or on road. Does Ibis have suggestions? For 24 hour safe parking you may even be thinking about Cabot. I will ask about :)

Grannyx2 - where's your meeting? Are you already booked into the Ibis? I'm near brizzled but my knowledge of town isn't as good.

I'm booked into the ibis and need to park from midday Thurs until 7am Friday morning. There is parking at multi storey nearby but I was wondering if anyone knew of mse parking.

    Thanks for the help both

3 enquiries and 1 viewing on Saturday. Fingers crossed!

Granny..unless you go over the river towards Bedminster think the MSC ( which one?) makes sense. Without a 'native' for directions fear you would get lost either on way there in car or on way to hotel. Sorry but one of trickiest places to park. Now if it had been up my way it would be a different story! :)

Cheap dinner by our former standards. Alcohol, gorgeous 2 course dinners and coffee and tip for £55. Very lovely then free drinks ( aren't people lovely!) when we popped in to one of our favourite restaurants to say hi and sorry we haven't been in for months on the way home. I love Bristol I really do!

Lovely to chat about stuff with OH, good for the soul.

Had to bring a coat to work today and wearing boots. Darn the summer is almost over :(

Thanks L. Getting the positive responses to the room advert has made me feel quite chipper but who knows may not work. Won't celebrate until we find someone we like and vice versa. May also be a short term let. We left most options on table so as not to exclude anyone and tried to be reasonable on price. In fact may have slightly underpriced it but that's Ok we are finding our feet and I would prefer a good selection to choose from !
