Yeah, we have a treat a day, everything in moderation and all that! And DH and I are both lucky in that we can eat most things and get away with it. :)
Mr F and I are now at an age where weight would go on very easily. I used to be able to just eat and not worry - so active running around after six children and a four storey house with huge garden and two allotments. Mr F was morbidly obese when we met and married - love him SO much - slimmed him down so I have more chance of keeping him with me for longer. After Mr F losing so much weight - no way will he want it back on again.

Supersavvyme on FB - http://www.facebook.com/supersavvyme?sk=wall click like, then go to Mission Control, when you get a sticker for doing things like sharing posts to your wall or posting tips, it gives you a £1 voucher to print out. These are for various things, but one is £1 off Flash, Fairy etc :)

Hi all, hope you don't mind me posting here :)

Sorry if this has already been mentioned, but in Mr A Bri**ley H**l this morning they had the Branston Big beans RTC at 14p a can.

Also, used my first coupons today for the 75p off Comfort. Was a bit nervous as they did not scan but lovely SA in Mr S entered all four by hand :)

Good luck to all, you are an inspiration.

  • Morning all - so pleased! Got my first whoopsie from co -op - those yoghurts with the choco balls down from £3.65 (don't believe that) pack of 8 down to 80p. Not much compared to some of you but I was having them as its the first thing I've seen that we would eat lol:D

I have to agree with Florenceem I'm finding the easy finds way too fattening at the moment. The fresh fruit and veg have been sparce but pastries, pies, doughnuts, white bread and cream cakes are always there. Came away with very little last night because i was turning my nose up at calorific foods. Question for anyone - are the supermarket cooked chickens more fattening than me doing one in the slow cooker? (Trying to lose a couple of stone)

I called in at Sains-bugs last night on my way back from a day out. Good finds in the whoopsies, mainly veg, salad, and bread. Cost £2.09 for loads. Stocked up on cat food, 2 for £5. Cost more to feed the cats than it does to feed me. :D
