The really annoying thing is that it was working better this pm - up till that 9pm reboot. What did I do??

Go and physically assault* your ex if need be, but get those damn discs! It'll be a FAR less painful experience to just reinstall.

Good morning. Here we go again! On attempting to log in this morning, the network connection thingy says there's no problem over HTTP but unable to make a successful connection over ftp. The most likely cause is that the friewall is blocking the necessary FTP ports. Hooefully for those of you in the know this will be simple to rectify, in the meantime I'll get researching!

Oh. :-( still failure to launch. The diagnostics couldn't find a problem with my connection "refresh the page, a time out could have occured due to internet connection" . Still blank page as it tries to launch. Aaargh!!
