    I still haven't tried all the steps in your post 99 so I think I'm going to have to call it a day now & run through them to start with tomorrow & take it from there. Does that sound reasonable?

    Good morning. Here we go again! On attempting to log in this morning, the network connection thingy says there's no problem over HTTP but unable to make a successful connection over ftp. The most likely cause is that the friewall is blocking the necessary FTP ports. Hooefully for those of you in the know this will be simple to rectify, in the meantime I'll get researching!

    Oh. :-( still failure to launch. The diagnostics couldn't find a problem with my connection "refresh the page, a time out could have occured due to internet connection" . Still blank page as it tries to launch. Aaargh!!
