i have NEVER stated they weret owned by DSG if you lot can read i said they were shareholders which they are pixmania is run as 2 different businesses you have pixmania.co.uk which is retail and pixmania-pro.co.uk which are wholesale/dropship. i have never used their retail arm, but used them wholesale and dropship for 4 years and have never had problems.0

i will call my contact at Pixmania a liar then, because what the press say and a so called member of MSE.
DSG are a shareholder and have no day to day dealings with Pixmania. if DSG become shareholders of any company they list them as one of their brands
Sort of like this you mean?
http://www.dixonsretail.com/dixons/en/aboutus/ourbrands?cat=4PIXmania has been growing its market positions across Europe while leveraging the benefits of being part of the Dixons Retail Group0 -

eh?
But you were wrong - they DO own the controlling stake, therefore they DO own it - and we have proved this, have we not? (Simple yes no answer will suffice)
Nothing wrong with my reading - and there is certainly no need to resort to insults.0 -

Explain. Thanks.0 -
The DSG has a large shareholding of pixmania.com, they do not have any shares in the pixmania group or pixmania-pro
Which makes absolutely no sense, so any remaining credibility to the author of this email has gone.
Pixmania.com is a site of Pixmania (as are many other sites). Pixmania's parent company is Fotovista - which DGSi ownsThe DSG lists pixmania as one of their brands due the the amount of shares they hold in pixmania.com.
yes, like pretty much all of themThe DSG have no
say in the current day to day running of pixmania or any of its own brands
Never claimed they did - but they do own them - there is absolutely no question of that.
DSG's involvement will most likely focus around cost-price harmonisation more than anything (ie leverage joint buying power to get better prices).i suppose those IDIOTS on MSE know more about pixmania than pixmania
Let's get this straight. You're taking the word of a call-centre operative over the all the firm evidence we've posted? The listings on DGS's corporate site, the information on Pixmania's own site, all the press reports on reputable sites?
Well, that's your choice - can't force you to believe something you don't want to believe.
I must point out though that your choice of language and general mannerisms really shows your level of maturity - I prey I never stumble upon your business.0 -
if DSG did own then then surly this would be mentioned on their sites
