yawn
not sure why I'm bothering, but sod it...
so how come DSG's trading statement released today includes Pixmania (just like the other trading statements I've linked to which you've completely ignored)

(Pixmania suffered a -7% LFL as it happens, which is poorer than group total of -5%)
I can categorically state that Pixmania is owned by DSG. If you don't like it, sue me.0 -

Of course they've ignored the trading figures.
After all, it's never a good idea to allow facts to get it the way of a rant.0 -

I ordered a turntable as a Xmas present. Didnt work. Contacted the company and was sent returns label but I paid postage back to FRANCE. Very little communiocation as to ehat was happening to eventually receive another turntable a week ago. Exactly same problem. Turns out they repaired original so same one! I am livid. Contacted company and they say send it back, they will refund postage BUT warehoues will lokk at repairs. I have demanded a full refund and refuse to pay postage agian. they said they will payt amount into my bank account. I do not want to give them details. Paid for by credit card. Nothing but nameless emails:(0 -
Tried to by a memory stick quoted as £9.99. Out of the blue as I approached the checkout I was automatically hit by various default charges which brought the price up to a whopping £32.23! These included
- "Zen engagement" at £1.14 (insurance for a refund if I found it cheaper elsewhere)
- "VIPix" at £8.50 (a loyalty card giving discounts for future shipping etc)
- Express delivery at £12.60 (1 to 2 days if placed before noon).
Incidentally, if you believe wikipedia, Pixmania is 90% owned by DSG. I am afraid that having been treated badly by PC world, another of the DSG family, I can see Pixmania belongs to DSG in spirit as well as reality for their shoddy unfair practices!0
