Been trying to get through to the GP since 8.30am as I think my mastitis is definitely back - woke up this morning absolutely freezing and Moon felt my forehead and said it felt hot and clammy. It was all I could do to stay awake to make the calls on my mobile. Need to get this sorted - hope I don't see the same dr as last time.
Hugs fluffnutter - I sympathise with the no sleep. Looking forward to our meet-up tomorrow though. Sounds like we'll both need the coffee. lolEnjoy the little things, for one day you may look back and realize they were the big things.I married Moon 8/4/2011, baby boy born 26/9/2012, Angel Baby Poppy born 8/11/15, Rainbow baby boy born 11/2/20170 -

Is that for his cough? Do you mind me asking what the paed said? Aidens had a cough for weeks and dr keeps saying chest clear etc etc....
Sorry hun, didn't see that. Yes, for his cough. He's been coughing for a few months now, chest is clear. And because his cough is worse after a bottle, he's trying this first, rather than invasive measures.
He's thinking milk protein intolerance, so will see. We go back in 3mnths to see if its helped. We pushed to see pead, as Charlie's cough was getting worse and other people started noticing too, so we knew we weren't being over protective.
I'd tell your doctor you want to see one, you are worried, and you just know there must be reason, coz you know in your heart its not right xDFD February 2012

8 months  sunshine! Hope he gets on ok at nursery this week. I know I asked recently but when are you actually at work? Is it this week or are you settling him in before you go back?
Hope you enjoyed your roast sammie! We had one at the in laws, and I've just made a pot of soup to keep us going tonight. Bath time soon though.
Jedi - how old is your LO now? George went from being up only once a night to wanting feeding 5-6 times in a night around 4 months. It's probably not what you want to hear but he didn't improve until we started weaning, we started early at 5 months as I couldn't take it any more. G was only bf up to that point, and I know another mum who had the exact same situation too. So, although its not exactly good news on the sleep front, you're not the only one to have this issue! (Presuming your little is about the same age. On phone so can't really check)
Yeah he is 13 weeks... I feel I can cope at the moment as dh let's me catch up with sleep at the weekend. Hv has already said we might look at weaning early due to poor weight gain although we will just see how it goes and things have improved there.

It's an old adage that your hair falls out after you've had your baby (not all of it, obv). I'd not noticed... until now. It's coming out in clumps. It's everywhere! Funny you should say that, my DP bought some drain unblocked yesterday as I blocked the bathroom plug hole with my hair apparently!
He decided to tell his Mate it was because I finally shaved "down there" that the drains were blocked!!

I've got a top with buttons on which are undone to my waist as I've just fed Freddie. He's sat on my lap and he's just thrown up. It's gone all down my front and inside my tummy button. Puuuuuke."Growth for growth's sake is the ideology of the cancer cell" - Edward Abbey.0

Hello all
We are back from nursery, popped to town afterwards too.
He seemed to enjoy it, today was just me going through his routine etc. He kept crawling off, then looking at me and crawling back to me, then he would crawl off again, then come back to me again lol. He didn't cry though, and certainly wasn't too clingy to me.
Tomorrow, I can either leave him after an hour or stay for the whole two - so I have said I will see how he goes. I would like to be able to leave him, as I think it will make the first full day easier for us both - but will see.
Popped to town after and got him some new bits for when he starts. He needs some spare clothes (I haven't bought these new lol) a beaker, nappy cream and calpol. Thought would get new ones and then they can stay in his nursery bag.
I do feel a bit better about it now, and it was only a 30min stay so hopefully I won't be as bad when I go back to work. They said I can ring up as many times as I want on his first weekAlready had to pay his fees...boo.
Sorry to those who have had bad sleeps, we had another night of coughing etc. Mozzy, I will pm you as don't want to bore the thread with cough queries lol. Glad Charlie has something to help him though.
Sammie, :rotfl:at your dp!!
Oooh and there is now a for sale board in my front garden :j:j:j
