I found an awful lot of nursing bras awful, particularly Mothercare. Problem I have with most of them is I tend to fall out towards the middle, not a good look! The best I've found for decent coverage and proper cups I stay in, are by a company called Royce. They're not overly flattering styles, but the fit makes up for it. :D

Oh, they advise you to buy them once the baby drops, to give a better idea what size you'll be... only problem with that is my little beggar never really dropped too much, either that or he was so big he took up every inch of space he could get. :D I was originally a 30 back size, went up to 36, and I reckon I'm probably about a 32 now? But I still wear the 36 sometimes when I run out of washing, and all my others are 34, haven't bought a 32 yet. If you get one with lots of hooks, that helps.

Up since 550 here, but he went to bed at 630pm with no wake ups so I am happy.

Freezing here though, our heating doesnt click on till 630 so it was extra cold when we came down this morning.

Nutella, hope you are feeling better this morning?

Sammie, ooohhh could it be a new pregnancy on this thread?!??? :D

Back later, need a tea! X

What time is he off to nursery tomorrow? How are you feeling regarding work now? I bet he will have a great time there tomorrow!! :D

I will wait another week and maybe test then if nothing still. I keep thinking maybe I've hit the menopause(is it likely to go through the menopause at 27?)! I think I look into things too much. :o

  • Morning ladies. Sorry to hear A's cough is still hanging around. Good sleeping though! G went from 10.30pm to 4.30am then til 6.40, so not too bad, one more hour would have been lovely but shouldn't complain.

I guess it could just be a hangover of the preg hormones or something sammie? I don't really know, but I'd have thought its unlikely to be menopause at our age, unless you've a family history of it happening early?

We're going over to the in laws for lunch today (different set to the mil that I got stressed with last weekend). Can't argue with a free lunch!

Wow katiechoc George sounds like he is doing great with solids.
I bought some organic cheese puffs for Noah to try and he did quite well. He just seems so babyfied (if that's a real word!!) still :o I'm really trying to get him to sit up but still no luck.

    Xx

Thought I'd replied to this last night! I think he is doing well, I just get stressed out, especially when he gets distracted and just ignores me! Also a bit too fixated on emptying the bowl - going to start giving him smaller portions I think. Been reading about blw though and watching afew books on eBay. I think it's the way forward for us.

Hope you're feeling better this morning Nutella

    Morning all!

Well we've just had our first poo v. bed disaster! Moon was feeding Jonathan his bottle in our bed and Jonathan did a hugely explosive poo that came out the leg of his sleepsuit etc and went all over him, the bed and Moon's pjs. That's one way of getting us to change the sheets! lol

Had a blocked duct last night and was starting to worry my mastitis was coming back, but I fed Jonathan once starting with that side, then as it was still hurting, I expressed on that side then put a wheatbag on my boobs and went to bed - luckily as Moon doesn't work Sundays, he did all of the night feeds with bottles (I hadn't used many from the fridge yesterday as I managed to feed J 4 times during the day :) - 5 in total after the last feed) so that I could sleep. Fingers crossed I feel a lot better this morning and was going to attempt laying down feeding this morning but J wouldn't wake up for it, and as I started to leak everywhere (woke up in a puddle this morning) I got up and expressed again. Will try him with a breastfeed at the next feed and see if it's more bearable.
Enjoy the little things, for one day you may look back and realize they were the big things.

He does 30mins monday, 1hr tues, 2hrs weds, 3 hrs thurs and 5.5hrs fri. I think I will feel better once he has been a few times.

I doubt its menopause, maybe stress or something?
