turtlemoose wrote: »Meh awful night here, this cold means reuben is only sleeping about an hour and a half at a time, then wakes up and wants boob, but only for about 2 mins, so i think he has a dry sore throat making him thirsty - he then fusses and moans, coughs and sneezes a bit, and eventually goes back to sleep....but then i was wide awake, i'd just drop off and time for the next one, argh!
I can't even nap with him today, as my mum and dad are ging to be in a magasine and ive promised to proof read the article theyve been sent - ive had a glance over and it's pretty terrible so going to have to spend reubens naps working on that instead of the sleeping i'd rather be doing!
Feel your pain hun, Charlie has got yet ANOTHER cold poor thing. Hope R is feeling better xDFD February 2012

Hi Mozzy - quiet on here tonight! Scared of weigh-in tomorrow; I've eaten lots of junk over the past couple of weeks... I've ordered the Mothercare bibs - good to hear you like them too
Sorry to hear Charlie has a cold again - I guess that's what nursery does to our poor babies...
My LO will be starting nursery in February - dreading all the germs she'll be picking up!

Hi Mozzy
Hows Charlies cough? Aidens has gone now...touch wood.
My sisters little boy might have a mild case of german measles, he has a doc appt first thing. But obvs Aiden hasnt had MMR yet so would be worse if he does catch it, and we see my sister all the time. Apparently if my nephew does have it, I need to take Aiden to docs for an emergency MMR jab!
Its quiet here tonight! I am blimin freezing....brrrr. Hope everyone is okay xLittle Man born 11 March 2012 :smileyhea

Well I was fairly well behaved at the carboot, OH didn't come so I could have bought MUCH more than I did, had to keep thinking what he'd say if I got home with a boot full of toys! I got a set of stacking cups and a fisher price vibrating ball/pig thing, and some new jogging bottoms for him from asda. Very nearly got him a Santas Little Helper outfit too but I restrained myself.
A lady had a go at me too, I said excuse me a load of times but she ignored me so I pushed past her (basically pushed the buggy right into her as she was blocking the whole path) and she started yelling at me! She wasn't English though so I'm not sure what she was saying. I got the gist though, she wasn't happy!
Glad you got some bargains.:) xLittle Man born 11 March 2012 :smileyhea

Morning all!
Can't believe it's Monday and another week has gone by! Jonathan will be 4 weeks old on Wednesday and is growing so quickly!
Off to baby sensory again this afternoon so looking forward to that, but I'm absolutely shattered today - the lack of sleep is clearly catching me up - the night sweats are a killer as I wake up boiling, take the wet things off and then end up freezing! Moon will be back to work again today, so will have my little Bean all to myself, so hope he's not as grizzly as he has been lately. Think the little man may have a cold.Enjoy the little things, for one day you may look back and realize they were the big things.I married Moon 8/4/2011, baby boy born 26/9/2012, Angel Baby Poppy born 8/11/15, Rainbow baby boy born 11/2/20170 -

Gosh lots of poor poorly babies
hope they all get better soon!
Reuben did well last night, didnt go down until 10 but slept until half 3, he woke up because he'd spun around and wedged his head against the bars, I turned him back and rubbed his back and he nodded off within a couple of minute - fab! He then slept until 8, had a feed and we dozed together until now.
I've lost my voice, I sound like a rusty robot, Reuben's makes a shocked face when i talk to him lol!!
sexymouse hope baby sensory is fun, it sounds it! I don't know if this is what's causing yours, but i sweated terribly for 3 weeks after having R, and I don't normally sweat (I just go red) but it just poured off me day and night, regardless of if i was hot or cold, active or still. Then one day is just stopped - very weird! I assume mine was just getting rid of all the extra fluid from pregnancy etc.0 -
Oh and weight - I've stayed the same, no change here. WHich I'm quite pleased with seeing as i havent been trying, glad it hasn't gone up!0
