Jannine that is so lovely
you are amazing to have dealt with everything though. I can not imagine how it must have been for you so you should feel proud!x

Aww that's lovely janinew!
I know, bless him!
A question now for getting rid of stains! I have loads of lovely babygrows that I would like to sell at my nearly new sale, but some have slight stains around the neck! Any ideas on getting rid of them? I've tried a very hot wash with vanish, but no luck! Would soaking them in bleach do the trick? They are all good makes and in good condition, I just need to get rid of these pesky stains! They are only milk stains from Poppy's very bad reflux days!
Any suggestions?
Thanks

Aww thanks hun! To be honest a lot of my friends with babies say they don't know how I coped when Poppy was first born and a 3 month hospital stay - but you just do, there isn't any choice really! Our Consultant explained just before I had her that the journey would be like a roller-coaster that you can't get off, it describes the experience perfectly! I do wonder how I coped at the time, I'll never forget Poppy stopping breathing and the crash team being called, I think I actually changed at that point and I stopped worrying about the small stuff. There is nothing like seeing your child so ill and small to put everything else in perspective! Whenever I stress about the small stuff I just think back.:heart2: Newborn Thread Member :heart2:

I always think of things like this when I am whinging about the washing or being tired...I just think how lucky I am that he is here and that we have had no issues really.
I watched an old one born the other day, a premature special. It made me think of your little Poppy. I was amazed just how strong the tiny babies were and what fighters they are xxLittle Man born 11 March 2012 :smileyhea

Sunlight?! What's that? I live up North and haven't seen sunshine for weeks now! LOL! :rotfl:
I suppose I could test the bleach on a white vest and see how it works!

I can't watch those programmes any more, just to close to home for me at the moment. I even had to stop watching Eastenders for a while when Janine had her prem baby!

My SMP ended last month so for the next 2 months I'll get no wage!! This must be the first time in over 10 years that I've not had a wage coming in! Luckily we have savings, but if I can make a bit extra it all helps!
