I'm on the train on my way to my tribunal. I left Reuben at the childminders, first time away frorm him properly (I went to the cinema once but that was just under 4 hours) - he was all smiles, I tried to be too, but soon as she shut her front door I burst in to tears and cried all the way home!
Feeling both nervous and confident at the same time - nervous because of how official it all is, but confident that i am right. THey have done nothing but bully me and tell outright lies throughout the whole thing, whereas i have always told the truth, even when it hasnt put me in a very good light. I just hope the judge can see that. My solicitor says im "very believable" so I hope thats true! Not looking forward to seeing my boss though, we used to have a sort of friendship but he is implicated in this whole thing and ive had to disclose some stuff that makes him look bad.
What's everyone else up to today?
Oh and question for the expressers - if you already have a bottle of milk from today in the fridge, and you are expressing more, can you express directly in to the existing milk, or do you need to keep it separate and cool it to the same temperature before combining it?
If the bottle had only been started that day, I'd express into the same lot. I doubt the temperature makes much difference when you combine. I was also told that breast milk is OK at room temperature for 4 hours (unless it's sat on a sunny windowsill I guess) so if I was expressing and using for the next feed I wouldn't bother putting it in the fridge. Saves warming it up. Freddie was perfectly happy to take milk at room temperature although I never tried him on milk straight from the fridge. Chill his little tum!

Lost another 0.7kg! Not amazing, but have eaten some things I shouldn't have this week, so happy with that
Suggestion for the weight loss ladies - how about amending the targets to make them individual? Like this? Let me know what you think...
Weekly Weight Loss Chart:
Mozzyc: Monday 3rd September: -2.5kg
Seren: Monday 3rd September: 0lb
Nutella: Monday 10th September: -8kg/15kg
Gillyx: Monday 3rd September: -9lbs
turtlemoose: Monday 20th August: -7lbs0 -
Can I join your list please? I want to tone up and maybe loose about half a stone, maybe a bit more if it doesn't shift the wobbly tum!! XLittle Man born 11 March 2012 :smileyhea

I'm not too concerned about my weight (bizarrely weigh less than before I was pregnant - I reckon it's not drinking for 9 months
) but I do want to get rid of my mum-tum overhang. Any tips, ladies?

Thats a bit similar to me, Im smaller than pre preg but hate the wobbly tum. My stomach looks bigger than before I was preg even though I weigh less?!?
I want to try and lose it and figured I would try the weight loss thing with a bit of excersising. I did the first 10 days of that shred thing which I think did help but I lost willpower for the remaining 20should get back on that I suppose.x
