Hi all,
Very quiet thread day. Oh Jannine, what a nightmare that soundswhenever we go out somewhere I have noticed a difference in Aidens sleeping too. Hope the HV is happy with Poppy too.
Katie, agree with Sammie, save them for next baby!!
Aiden is knackered too. We have been at my mums for tea and he fell asleep and has stayed asleep from mums to carseat to home and then to his bed!!
Had a kn**head bus driver behind us on the way home, as my OH pulled out of the road he sped up and was up his ar*e the whole way home, as we turned into our estate he sped up again, didnt brake and flashed us!!! I'm going to complain as we clearly have a baby on board sign and not to mention the safety of his bus passengers!

Sunshine - definatley complain to the bus company. Drivers annoy me when they drive right up your @rse, if you have to brake quickly there is no way on earth some of them would stop in time and like you said you have a baby in the back seat  really angers me some people can be such knob heads.
Going to get an early night so goodnight all hope babies all sleep well

Morning all, hope you all had sleepy babies. Reuben did 8:30 til 5:20 which is astonishing!!! But he has not napped very much (mil insisted on disturbing him earlier in the day despite me saying he hadn't slept much and needed it, Grrr)
I'm on the train on my way to my tribunal. I left Reuben at the childminders, first time away frorm him properly (I went to the cinema once but that was just under 4 hours) - he was all smiles, I tried to be too, but soon as she shut her front door I burst in to tears and cried all the way home!
Feeling both nervous and confident at the same time - nervous because of how official it all is, but confident that i am right. THey have done nothing but bully me and tell outright lies throughout the whole thing, whereas i have always told the truth, even when it hasnt put me in a very good light. I just hope the judge can see that. My solicitor says im "very believable" so I hope thats true! Not looking forward to seeing my boss though, we used to have a sort of friendship but he is implicated in this whole thing and ive had to disclose some stuff that makes him look bad.
What's everyone else up to today?
Oh and question for the expressers - if you already have a bottle of milk from today in the fridge, and you are expressing more, can you express directly in to the existing milk, or do you need to keep it separate and cool it to the same temperature before combining it?0 -
Morning Turtlemoose
Very best of luck for today. We are all going to be thinking of you I am sure, hope you prove that you are right. Well done for leaving Reuben too, I bet it was difficult but he will have a great time with his childminderxx
Aiden woke at 2 last night, he was really upset so we think its teethhe then wanted his milk at 5 which is unusual as he always goes till 645ish. It did mean he just wolfed his brekkie though which is good as he never really seems fussed! Gave him some bread with cream cheese yday he got in a right mess but seemed to enjoy.
Off to asda in bit as forgot some bits yday. xxxLittle Man born 11 March 2012 :smileyhea

Good luck turtle, let us know how it goes.
I was told you could express straight into the same bottle but it has to be used as if it was all expressed on the first day if that makes sense? So the use by date stays the same. I know what I mean anyway!
George was up twice last night which isn't too bad, and fell asleep on my bed while I was getting dressed, managed to get him into his cot without disturbing him too much which was a relief - got a ton of stuff to do today. It's OH's bday on Wednesday and we're going to visit family up north for a week tomorrow night. So today I'm baking 2 birthday cakes, one to take with us and one for his office, got to get 2 lots of washing done and dried somehow (raining today, typically!) start packing, wrap presents, get a headlight bulb as ones gone in our car...can't even remember the rest but I really hope George is in a good mood when he wakes up!Newborn thread member
