Morning all, 9pm to 4am here, then about 4:30 to 7:30....I'm pretty pleased with that! Especially as I then brought him in to bed and we had snuggles until about ten, mmm so lovely to see his little sleepy face looking up and smiling at me!
Off to see my solicitor today about my tribunal, nervous doesn't even cover it! My employer is not willing to settle so its going all the way. Means i have to leave Reuben with a childminder all week next week, I hate the thought of being away from him for so long. I met some childminders yesterday and one stood out above the rest, and reuben couldnt stop smiling and 'talking' at her so shes the one. I'd still rather have him myself! And also having to express in the tribunal office...not looking forward to that!0 -
Can I have some of your spare weight please? I got told off by my boss yesterday for losing too much. I'm now down to 8 stone after pre-pregnancy weight of 9 st 6 lb, and my BMI is around 17. I just can't seem to eat enough to even stabilise my weight, let alone put some back on! After having been amazingly well for almost 2 years, I'm now on my second course of antibiotics in a month, so it's probably starting to affect my health a bit now. I will be cutting out daytime breastfeeds from mid September so I'm hoping that will make a difference.
Eeeew, that sounded like a BAD noise. Baby poo timeWonder if he's finished or if there's more to come...

By the way, Huggies have been great on our boy
Also Asda is good - we've got those for overnight at the moment. Pampers less good, they were really leaky in the smaller ones but better in the bigger sizes.

Jedi, just wait until you get weaning nappies.... I am never feeding him curry again (at least not until he's out of nappies). The best bit about Elliot starting at the childminders soon will be that she gets to deal with his mid morning poo. Worth £25 a day just for that
I will only eat fish if it's thoroughly battered and drowned in lemon and vinegar. Will definitely bear in mind your other suggestions though!
Hope all goes well at the solicitors today Turtle x0 -

Hope everything goes well for you. Is your employer a large company? I work in a LA and I know they would usualky settle before tribunal stage. What a shame you have to go through this on your maternity leave. I hope it isn't anything too bad and that it gets resolved xxLittle Man born 11 March 2012 :smileyhea

Niall was a nightmare trying to get to sleep last night, he didn't sleep for 6 hours, he was tired as lots of yawns, we would get him to sleep in our arms put him down &he would be awake again. I am worried as it feels like a long time for a baby without sleep. He then slept for 5 and a half hours!
He has also resisted sleep this afternoon, I was hoping to nap when he napped grrr
For those ladies who had csections when did you start driving again? (i know u are supposed to wa it for 6 week check)And are you supposed to wait for 6 week check before having sex?

Evening ladies, I have a poop question for you - baby poop, not mine :rotfl:
George has done two really green ones today, not just a hint of green, really and truly green. Any ideas?
More fore than hind milk. Don't worry about it. Has it been warm round your way? If so, then he's probably been a bit thirsty and has been taking shorter, more frequent feeds. It'll sort itself out."Growth for growth's sake is the ideology of the cancer cell" - Edward Abbey.0
