Turtle I won't patronise you, but I know how difficult a relationship can be after baby. I just don't feel like it's the same for us. We're always snapping at each other and days I do feel like I could just lift baby walk out and not return. I hate the fact that being home with baby is treated so crappily, like him going to work is so much more tiring than anything I am doing. I hate how he gets home from work, kicks his shoes off, feet up, ahhh relax, but I'm continually on my feet until well after 9 at night. I resent him so much at times. I try to tell myself it's just hormones....When things are good though, they're great. I hope you're alright though, it is so difficult when everything changes xxx
You won't regret the jumperoo eitherthey are awesome.

Monkey is asleep, washing up done, cup of tea made and biscuits eaten. Lovely! Shame the place is a tip and I've got a friend coming over for dinner tomorrow. Busy morning tidying for me then!
Meant to add, love the blurry pic turtle! Can he touch the floor in it? George can with his tiptoes but we tend to put a cushion under him too.
Gilly could you give me a link to the newborn Facebook group please? ThanksNewborn thread member

Hello all
Turtle, I hope you are feeling ok. It must be so hard dealing with that situation. Reuben is lovely and such a blessing - of course he was the right thing to do, you weren't to know things would take this sort of turning. Your post about him laughing is lovely, and things like that make it all worthwile. Having a baby does strain things a lot, I know when I am tired and worn out at the end of the day my mood changes. Keep talking to us on here, if it is helping. He looks gorgeous in his jumperoo.
Katie, hope Geogre has gone back down for you? It always happens to me too - usually when I make a cup of tea he wakes!!
Hope everyone else is okmy little one is asleep...touch wood
here are some weekend pics of him, dont know how to resize sorry!!

Sunshine - he's gorgeous !!! Xx
Gilly - apologies if I get this wrong but I think you are younger than me by a few yearsand I would freely admit that I would at your age have found it incredibly difficult bringing up a baby and maintaining a relationship away from family etc I hope u do talk to him as its not good building up resentment.
Katiechoc hope he settles soon0 -

No we do speak about it a lot. Just seems sometimes like nothing improves. I get on with it though, I know a lot of it is my problem, as it does stem from being away from friends and family.I'm so happy to have Aaron though and I need to concentrate on that x
