they have the vids on youtube. I never bought it :D lol. So you could get started right away. 10 days at level 1, 10 days at level 2 and 10 days at level 3.

You will sweat buckets, she is so fast too you don't even have time for a sip of water. I am dreading tomorrow, I am so so so so sore :( pain is good though, or so she tells you "it means your body is getting stronger"

I'm not sure whether to wait until the boys go back to school in sep to start or just give it a go starting Monday, I can imagine my ds1 being really annoying and putting me off if he was watching me doing it, I suppose I could make them do it with me that might wear them out a bit!!

It's not that bad honestly, at the time you're just sweating and very out of breath, but I am sooo unfit, scarily so. I done it last night and this morning. I'm glad I done it earlier today as no way would I have done it tonight.

Gosh such dedication! I have had a mentally stressful day (been working on my tribunal stuff all day) so have just had 6 choccy digestives as a reward before bed...now I feel guilty after all your exercise talk ;)

Also drank some ovaltine because for some reason I had a sample packet in the cupboard, and it's made of barley which is supposed to be a galactagogue (I have only just learnt this word and love how weird it sounds!) ..omg it's vile!!! Think I'll stick to a glass of stout instead!

Off to bed as reu's been asleep for an hour...I've only got 3 left to sleep in

Got a friend coming round tomorrow to help me with some tribunal stuff, he's agreed to be a last minute witness which is really helpful, and I knw I'll get a little break too as he loves babies so will happily cuddle Reuben for a while and I can get on with things.

Night all, good luck with the crazy exercise tomorrow ...you all have way more energy than me :o
  • Hi all! I'm so rubbish at posting regularly! I do read every day though, and catch up on what you're all getting up to!

You are all doing well with your weight loss! Teddy is 7weeks old and exercise is the last thing on my mind! Which is unusual for me as I was quite active before I got pregnant, although I can't wait to get back to Zumba! And I seem to have developed a sweet tooth, not good......I will probably be joining you in a few weeks once my body returns semi back to normal!

We've had to buy a cot to go in our room as he's grown out of crib already and nearly too long for Moses basket! At 7 weeks old! He has a cot bed in his own room but don't want to put him in there yet as he is too little, so tonight is the first night in the cot in our room! Just a cheap one from Argos, £60 and had great reviews, He's just woke for a feed but he seems to like it, fingers crossed! And we've changed to level two teats on his bottles (dr browns) as he was taking ages to finish a feed and he's on comfort milk which is thicker! So hoping the cot plus the new tests will make him sleep better/longer, who knows?!
Ok now I'm rambling......hope everyone and their LO's are good!!

Oh and really want to get a Jumperoo for Teddy, I remember a couple of you having one, are they as good as they look? Seen a couple on eBay for around £40 but not sure whether to buy one second hand or not?? Xxx
