nutella I don't change a wet nappy if it's the middle of the night, unless it's a lot - I would say if it is after 4:30am I would change, before then not (unless I could feel it was heavy). It makes me sigh when he does a poo in the middle of the night as I just know the cold wipes will have him wide awake.... :o

I find the Huggies Cotton Sheets great for this kind of thing. Just grab a little bowl of warm water and your sorted. They are great, I still prefer them over wipes, especially for poonami's and so much better for baby's bum!

Yes, but mine will go to bed at maybe 11pm, wake up at least once if not twice for a 40-60 min feed, then get up at 7! :D If I'm lucky he'll go back for half hour to an hour, and then that can be it till bedtime some days.

I'm convinced mine takes after his Dad, he could sleep 16 hours through an earthquake, I'm sure of it!

We've been very slack today ladies, I had to go to the second page to find the thread  ;)

How's everyone doing? We've been for a walk to town, got him a couple of postman pat board books and a Beatrix potter book from oxfam. I don't know if reading is meant to really do much for them at this age? But it must be better than hearing me prattle on about nonsense all day long!

How is the napping going Nutella? George is down at the moment, but it was a bit of a cheat as he fell asleep feeding so I just moved him over still snoozing, he's a nightmare if I put him down awake.

Hope you're enjoying your day off Mozzy!

Afternoon all. I've got a sleepy baby today, his first nap he had 2 and a half hours and now he's been napping for almost an hour and a half  I never wake him up unless I really have to, but doesn't bode well for tonight, will have to move bed time back I think.

Got his dinner ready and everything (fuselli with a tomato, basil and oregano sauce)

I will need to add myself to your little diet thing, I started on Monday too :D Day 3 and it's going really well, but I don't think I'm eating enough, I tend to do that when I'm dieting, I'd rather have nothing than healthy snacks :D need to try harder.

Katie try putting George in his basket/crib/cot during the day while he's awake, just to get him used to laying in there :)

Hope you are all ok. xx

Nutella you got me wanting blueberries, just had to go get some but now they're all gone oops :o

Gilly can you share some of the sleepy dust??!! :D

Got a set of scales in Argos today (£6.49) so I'm unofficially joining the weight loss but not joining the list as think that'd be too much pressure at the moment, but the thought of it just might spur me on :j

Reuben is getting on my nerves a little, he's head butting me for feeding but just lets it dribble out the other side of his mouth...my bra and jeans are soaked and he's whingy, if it's comfort he wants then why isn't a cuddle working?? I need a tardis to translate 'baby' for me!!
