Thanks Kira Ill try later when at home.
Definately true that the thread belongs on p1. Hope you are okay jenjade, sorry to read of your difficult time.
Question to those whose babys are in a cot, do you just put them in with nothing but a sheet? ours is all set up with cot bedding and bumpers etc and not too sure what the general protocol is?
Mozzy i cant believe how pricey your nursery fees are! we are looking at 450-500 per month which is enough, poor you!!xxxxLittle Man born 11 March 2012 :smileyhea

It depends on the temperature of the room, and the temperament of the baby! Cj will not allow covers to stay on her when she is settling to sleep, kicks them off straight away. So she is in a light (1tog) sleeping bag, to go to sleep, then i'll add a sheet or blanket depending on the temperature. In the recent hot weather, she just had the bag, tonight she has the bag and a blanket.Married 13/03/10 #1 DD born 13/01/12!!

Morning Mozzy....
Long enough since I have been on this thread- sorry for that! The site won't load easily from my phone, which is my main access when heavy sleeping baby is slumbering on top of me.....
I'm just back at work, it is hard to see where the time went! I would stay off longer if I could.
Rose is just over 6 months, and is weaning- nothing appears to be a problem, she never refuses food.... though I have found the remains of some in her hair hours later!
I'm recovering after surgery a week ago, strangely it's easier to return to work, as I'm not lifting Rose all the time...
Hi to you all.
HI Lirin!!
Sounds like Rose is doing wonderfully!!! Glad you recovering well from surgery hun. I agree that lifting our lo's is bloody hard work, especially as they just keep growing haha. Charlie is getting a little heavy for me now to constantly carry around. My arm feels like it goes into a spasm haha.
I'm back next month, boo sux hey!!! Need that lottery win now!!!:cool:DFD February 2012

Dizzi - Ah that's great that you're doing swimming. I want Charlie to learn too, as we will be going to SA before he is 2, and i'd like him to be used to the water by then. Cute falling asleep on mummy!!!!DFD February 2012

Hi Mozzy
Hi Lirin, good luck at work! We've kind of hit a wall with the weaning. He wolfed down the first few lots and then lost interest. But I think he's not 100% as he keeps coughing when eating, even milk sometimes, so maybe he's having trouble swallowing it? Think I need to make some food today as we're wasting loads! You don't know if he'll eat it till you've opened it!
Hi!!
Did you have anymore luck today hun? As you said, maybe he has a little virus or something and isn't 100 %
Charlie has been coughing loads and bringing up milk, so gp has said it could be a little reflux, and has given us something to help keep the milk down. She reckons the milk coming up is causing his cough.......DFD February 2012

Nutella - Oh nice sleep!!!! Lets hope lo keeps it up hey!!
Did you get all your cleaning done? I have my cleaner coming in next Friday - she only comes in once a month, but it really makes a difference. I haven't had to scrub a bath and shower for ages which is great when you're suffering with neck, back, shoulder.........problems from holding lo's all day!!! I do all the smaller jobs, hoover at least twice a week etc, but leave the bigger stuff for herDFD February 2012
