Hello All
Crabapple- I was hoping to avoid weaning until after potty training!
If you have managed to read a book in amongst baby rearing that's quite impressive! Glad you had a good night!
I would quite like to hear how you go with the blw I will go traditional as I have enough mess with Dylanhave bought amanda ursells book on weaning but it's on the phone so teeny print. I must get round to reading it. What pur!e was it you gave LO?
Jenny- I am sorry to hear you are struggling and it's understandable as its all so hard for you hun. I am sorry she is so tired want to give her a big hug and u x I hope you oh has been good while things are stressful. How's jade doing? If there is anything we can do pm me or if you just want to vent. I hope if nothing else the chatter in here gives a welcome distraction xx
Toniq - good to hear how you are and jess! Like the avvy of her. I don't know where the time has gone! Scott is a wee one his 3-6 month sleep suits are small in the feet but 6-9 are big but he is not yet weaned!!!! Jess is doing well with her feeding and sleeping. Scott does around 10 ish to 6 ish unless something wrong then wakes. He's fed up until he drops off!! It's good to know how you are feeding and when as it gives me ideas !
Mozzy- hope you had a good day with friends and hubby got on ok at natwest still can't believe the drama is still going on, had a text to say they will be opening branches tomorrow part of the day!!!!! Unheard of!!! What's Charlie's 'words' we get a lot of gu's and quite Passioned screeches but not in an upset way!
So far Dylan had scared a vole to death (seriously when my mother took him out before bringing him over, barked at a pheasant crossing our front lawn (we never get pheasants), attacked a hedgehog and whilst typing this stolen a pen and a purse full of money....He is still alive just!!
We dropped the pressie off to our friends child's 1st birthday they were having a barbecue :0 !
Tc all

Hi Toniq, hadn't realised your LO was born the day before Elliot! Guess I was a bit distracted around that time
Or possibly I did know, but forgot in a haze of sleeplessness.
Elliot's just started on weaning, porridge today but really just has bits and pieces of pureed veg or fruit, or sometimes porridge, when we're having something, as long as he's awake at the time! Nowhere near getting a proper routine going or anything yet. Normally just one meal a day for him at the moment. The nappies aren't nice though, my poor Dad had to deal with the poo last night0 -
just realised some poeple on this thread won't have a clue what has happened to Ellie..
Here is her link if people want to read saves me reposting.
Tuesday we went to the hospital with Ellie by ambulance as she went blue ;-(
copied from my facebook from thursdays appointment
Ellie's still not feeling well she is so tired. Poor thing ;-( The consultant said the air pressure in her lungs is not great and the small holes that they couldn't get to during her operation are now bigger and causing problems (like her tiredness, blue lips, sweating etc) These holes will need to be repaired. She has drugs to help dry her lungs etc out for 6 weeks then back for review and another operation ;-(
Poor Ellie this operation shouldn't be as bad as the last one but all the same we were hoping for a few years before she needed any more work. I really hope she is not poorly for the whole 6 weeks.:j Proud mum to Jade age 10 years and Baby Ellie born Christmas Day:eek: with a broke heartProven to be a little fighter and battling on with her heart condition :j

Hey Jenjade. Good idea with the list hun, glad your head feels clearer.
Poor Ellie. Hope she's more awake for you tomorrow x
Managed to get our money out of Natwest thank goodness. Will pop out for a walk to the shop tomorrow to get essentials.
Ah Ro, Dylan sounds like a handful haha! You have lots of patience! Cheeky chappy. Not sure about the feet hun. Charlie's seem flat. Maybe mention to mw or hv, or Google!

:grouphug: Jen - thanks for updating us, I did not know the full picture but understand now. Writing lists is a good idea it will help at least structure things to get you through this time. Are you getting any support externally from family? Sometimes it helps to talk to people outside. I really wish there was something I could do. My friend in RL is going in for a procedure tomorrow and her mother has cancer. she finds it difficult trying to do normal things. She is like you in that she tries to organise her time so she has something to do. All I can say is go easy on yourself, ask for help if you need it and one day at a time. We are all here for you and routing for Ellie to feel better again. Tc

Hello bluebell scott was born on the 17th jan so it's nice there is not much gap between us all.
Mozzy - glad hubby got some cash, I actually viewed a comment where someone was saying what are they supposed to do?! Prostitution!!! We are only ok as we don't bank with just natwest am sure that it's causing so much stress. Hope Charlie isnt grumpy still after jabs. My friend was having a BBQ  today for her boy !
Dylan has done his first escape when ocado turned up, I was looking out the window whilst feeding Scott to see him running up the road as hubby did not anticipate that he might prefer a stroll when opening the door for the ocado man lol
Have a good evening all
I want a bath like crabapple had but I don't think I would ever be a me to get myself out !!
