The joy of having a baby that only poos every other day, that was a megapoo! Out the side and up the back. :D Worst thing is, my boiler decided to give up last night, and though it isn't freezing, it is far too cold just to dump him in the bath and sort it out there. Can't wait till the boiler man comes on monday. In the meantime, we've finally found a use for all those hand knitted cardies! It's been too hot indoors and too cold out to use them so far.

Mozzy, my little one seems to get spots everywhere he dribbles milk on himself. Or where it squirts in jet propelled fashion. :D

After two very colicky days, we've actually had some sleep in the crib during the daytime today. Yesterday I basically held him from 7am to about 10.30pm, when we finally got dinner! Not sure if he's happier now because he megapooed, twice! :D Or if the Infacol is wearing off, or if I gave in and started drinking camomile tea. Kira (was it you who was doing the same?) how often do you drink it? I've had two cups so far today, but I hate herbal teas, so have to drink it with a very healthy dose of honey to get it down!
    Yep, it was me..
I hate the stuff too but its a necessary evil! I try and have at least two cups- one an hour before the feeds before grizzle o'clock and bedtime. So for me, 4.30 and 6.30. But some days i have more but 4 is the max I've done..

If only I could predict his feeds to within an hour :D Well, today I can, they're endless! :D

Oh dear! :D Similarly, I got mine in his crib around quarter past 12, woke just before 6 and he was still asleep! Gave him a sneaky sleep feed, managed to ease his wet nappy off and shove another on, he's still sleeping... but it was cold so I've had to put one of those halogen heaters on, so I must not nod off! He's toasty in his sleeping bag, but it was only 15 degrees before I put the heater on and his hands are icy.

Cj went down on schedule for her bedtime- 7.30 and slept till 12.50, then back down for 2 hrs, then 1hr 30, then another 3hrs.. woke at 8 and than fell back asleep till 10.30 after another feed! A bit up and down but a decent amount of sleep ..

  • Jack at granny's last night, !!!!!! was a right angel, down at half 9, up at the back of 7! Wish he would do that for me!

OH gone off in a strop because I went off on one to him. How hard is it to make a chicken dinner? Cook the chicken, roasties, sprouts, carrots, yorkshires, gravy. Him in his "I have to experiment while cooking" mindset has added onions, garlic and god knows what else to the pan. So now we're going to have a garlic and onion chicken with no gravy (since it won't go). I knew I should have done it, but he insisted he knew what he was doing.

  • Hi all you new mums
Just after a bit of advice. I am 31 weeks and starting to think about final bits for the hospital bag.
Just wandering how far in advance did you hire
Your tens machine and at how many weeks before your edd was it delivered.

Thanks all and see you all soon
