Morning those who are up especially x
LO bf whilst throwing his legs about on his cushion...
Felt like a fun zoo yesterday but visitors got to hold the star exhibit:D
Scott was well behaved apart from a few noisy farts!!
We have more to see over the weekend. Feel overwhelmed with gifts though lots of cards to write. One friend brought round her son and he was a giant in comparison, can't imagine Scott getting big!
Going to post in sections as keep losing posts..0 -

Hi Sitting! So cool you have managed to bf. Mine will only latch with a nipple shield, but even using one, my nipples are still bleeding and sore! Going to try the medela contact shields at the end of the month, maybe the Avent ones are too big. We also top him up with formula to make sure he gets enough!
Hi Ro!So glad all is well xDFD February 2012

Jannine congrats on getting Poppy home :jkoalamummy wrote: »WonderWomble those symptoms along with chronic dirrhea were my daughters main issues. The consultant seemed pretty shocked that it had taken so long for her to be referred, seen, and treated.
Dairy intolerance runs in my DH's family if it does in yours or your OH's family then unfortunately there is a chance that this is the problem.
My LO doesn't have the skitters, but my niece has just been diagnosed lactose intolerant, and my mum wasSo the part of my book that says they only really awake for 90min is wrong!
I've found that the books are often wrong. I don't have a textbook babyMy advice is to go with the flow and if he is crying, try feeding, winding, changing on a loop. That is pretty much all you do in the first few weeks, you don't even get time to go to the loo yourself  It does get easier though :j

mozzy if it looks fine just leave it alone if its weepy or anything i know there is a powder you can get to put on it to help dry it up but cant think fo rthe life of me what it is,
i used to clean round samuels with a cotton bud and cooled boil water, then dry it with a cotton bud if i was giving him a wash. as long as its clean and kept dry it should heal finenow proud mum to 3 handsome boys :j latest one born 10/10/11:j0 -
At least if it is lactose intolerance you are in a far better position long term as you know it is manageable.
Hope you get the answers you need soon though. It may be worth getting a tin of the LF SMA from boots yourself to see if it makes any difference...and odd as it sounds take photos of her skin before you offer it so that you can compare in a few days time.
