    Hi gang,

I am getting married in June next year in Vegas and would like to have recommendations of anyone that has used the mobile hair and beauty professionals that come to your room.

    Any recommendations, gratefully recieved :)

There are a few on google but I like to read reviews and this one gets lots of 5 *s except for one crazy review from someone....dunno, you can make your mind up. :D

A typically well researched, balanced DM article - anyone would have thought the MGM had had the lions wearing mini skirts and serving cocktails!

Ignoring the poor journalism this is something I've been hoping for for ages. Thanks!

more detail (and less of a slant) here

    http://www.lasvegassun.com/news/2012/dec/26/mgm-lions-and-new-cubs-display-ranch-henderson/

The first time I saw the lions at MGM I was upset by it, thought it was cruel, etc...then I read more about it and felt better about it and those lions made me cry more than once in the awesomeness of seeing them so close. The number of times we would be standing around looking at them and people would be all angry about the lions 'living in that fishbowl' when they were rotated regularly - I don't think the same lion came to MGM multiple days in a row either from what I remember reading.

I am glad that we had 2 chances to interact with cubs at MGM - once they were too big to hold so we could only put our hand on a specific place on his back - and once when they were little enough to actually hold briefly...the keepers were very protective of those animals and would shut down the photos completely if the cubs started seeming stressed, no matter how many people were in the queue.

Yeah, I'm not a fan of zoos and putting animals on display but apparently the lions in the enclosure couldn't see, hear or smell that anyone was watching them. As they were born in captivity and very used to human contact I thought that this was one of the kinder, more well thought out animal exhibits I'd seen/heard of.

Must admit, I didn't know that they'd let people pet the cubs though. I find that a bit unpleasant tbh - just comparing them to my brother's new kitten who's a lunatic when it's just them at home but is terrified of strangers at the moment!
