VALUE FOR MONEYmy hubby's KLM tag has a picture of the fountain view from our room the one night we stayed at Bellagio. Mine has a picture of a stuffed monkey, but he was sitting in a seat on a plane to Vegas, so it kind of counts.Does remembering a time that a certain degree of personal responsibility was more or less standard means that I am officially old?0

VALUE FOR MONEYI thought about the 6-cocktails voucher but realised that with as little as we drink it would probably kill us...we are contemplating the Australian Bee Gees deal on travelzoo though.
I think we've also decided to scrap the Buffet of Buffets idea...it's just too much eating at specific places simply to justify the price for us...too much feeling we have to stay around the general area to take advantage of the deal we've bought (which I am sure is part of what they want). I think it also annoys me that the surcharge for the buffet at Caesars is disproportionate to the cost of buying the buffet separately, when compared to PH at least. It may be that we decide to go for the Caesars buffet one night on its own though - would like to try it.Does remembering a time that a certain degree of personal responsibility was more or less standard means that I am officially old?0 -
VALUE FOR MONEYalso - just printed all my restaurant.com vouchers using primoPDF...I still think it's one of the best tips I have ever received from this board - so excellent...especially like that I can print one, then append the next one to the first file...so now I have one file with all our active, unused r.com vouchers.
I can never remember if it was Froggitt or nvh who recommended it - but whoever it was - thanks again!Does remembering a time that a certain degree of personal responsibility was more or less standard means that I am officially old?0 -

It's a night time one I took from our hotel room, with the fountains, etc. in it
Welcome to the club!
I have a Capital One card printed with the Eiffel tower and Paris balloon. Love it. Shame I can't use it in Vegas as it has a loading fee so a big no no.
I also got the KLM luggage labels a few years ago with the Bellagio fountains on them, but goodness knows where they are.0 -
SHOPPINGDitto.Best present OHbought me - a set of mugs with photos of us in all Vegas landmarks,so I get to look at them every time I (or anyone else!!)has a cuppa!!0

We have done the Buffet of Buffets about 2 years ago - it was about $30 plus tax then. At $50 plus tax we didn't bother this time round (2 weeks ago). We felt that the queues for the centre strip buffets are so huge that it would put you off bothering. We did do a breakfast buffet at Belagio which was great but cannot be bothered with the lunch and evening queue's at the other buffets.0
