Thanks for the recommendation I managed to get 4 nights over New Year for £500 which seems to be a good deal for Frisco. I'd not bothered to look at this hotel as the pictures of it on various sites make it look like a prison! But after your comments I had a good look & it sounds really nice. Thanks:T

Brilliant, I hope you have a lovely time :) The building's an old cannery so it was industrial - it's much nicer inside I promise!!

  • Eep... Just been having a little search (as you do) and Thomas Cook flights direct from Manchester are coming up at £530ish for various dates in April - I know you have to factor in baggage etc but still seems a good price to me? TEMPTED!

I'm not surprised your tempted! It's so unfair they don't fly from London, lol!

Drinks are around £3.50 a pop on TC, so unless you're a big drinker who could guzzle a few hundred quid's worth that sounds like a darn fine price compared to Virgin!! The only thing that really puts me off TC is the in-flight entertainment but if you've got a tablet or something that you can stick your own choice of films on before you go, I suppose that's not an issue.

hi, we havent been to Vegas for 3 yrs but want to go back in August or Sept 2013, I have been looking at flights and they have nearly doubled in price, please give me an idea of a decent price for a direct flight , I thought it would be a lot cheaper in Sept...but BA fares are still really expensive, any tips would be usefull.
A couple of months ago, when fares with Virgin were showing £780 on their website, I managed to find a deal on ebookers for £584 each for virgin flights AND a week at Harrah's for November 5-12. I don't quite understand how that works, but it did! Got a further 5.05% off for going through Topcash too!

I love ebookers they are often the cheapest around both for just flights and packages -their site is easy to use, telephone support I've only had to use once and was fine and they are a Quidco site. I really don't know why more people don't use them.
