Hopefully still running. Had some great evenings down there talking to bar staff & locals. They also sometimes have musicians on

Yeah, they also used to do the Wednesday evening welcome party. Free tapas and wine till 6:30pm, but have stopped it now.
With all this talk I am beginning to regret my decision to stay at PH this trip. Resist,resist!!

I did understand that just trying to explain that refrigerators in rooms are not common in casino hotels is all...the sink full of ice is a common occurrence that many will be familar with...so a picture of a sink full of ice with drinks in it shouldn't be alarming - it's pretty normal, but I acknowledge it's a fairly odd thing to post a photo of on Facebook.

Hope you have a great trip and hope you will come back and tell us what you thought...it's always nice to read about people's experiences - especially first timers!

we only made that once but it was a great night... free wine, followed by half price wine is never a bad thing

Noticed that Travelzoo states:

not for me admittedly, but will hopefully enjoy watching from my balcony

...and they've replied already with a nice little adjustment to our reservation these guys really are top drawer at customer service

You'll be glad then your not going when i am ... I intend on partaking in the class ( not so good at yoga but i do like it ) ... The sight will be horrific i can assure u lol

Oh they mustve heard me lol ... Just got an email offering me my stay at $89 a night ... HAPPY DAYS ... Just saved us some money for more spends

yeah, we got saved around another $100

Ha - you too? Sometimes I wonder if MGM is just a bit 'oh COME ON already' with that machine...then again, plenty like us try to have a go on it most trips so maybe they are happy it keeps ticking over. I do usually win on it, but not much...nothing like the Lion's Share or anything, clearly.

I'm staying at the Cosmo - I seem to recall they charge you for clearing the fridge of their highly priced stuff so you can use it - is this right?
