  • Can anyone advise which is the best outlet mall to visit? We will have a hire car during our stay, so no problem getting about.

It depends on what you are after...have a look at the store lists and see what most strikes your fancy...a lot of the shops are the same between them.
Does remembering a time that a certain degree of personal responsibility was more or less standard means that I am officially old?

I think I might have actually died if I won the prize you did. :) That is so cool.

I haven't been to the CSI experience as the reviews I've read have not been great, but for free we would go in a heartbeat. :)

  • Great news! National Park Week is April 21-29. This means that there is free admission to lots of National Parks! Which happens to be when we are visiting!

That saves us paying for Zion, Bryce and Joshua Tree entry fees! :)

I have done the CSI at MGM, I have to say wouldnt recommend it for the price (even using a coupon) but for free I would go.

I watch it a lot on TV so was looking forward to it but it was a little disappointing. You can whizz through it though if you find its not great, they do say its more suited to 12 yrs and over but there were younger ones in and its not frightening and alot of it will go over a 5 yr olds head.

I wanted to get it right and solve all the clues, they give the impression someone will ask you at the end but you just input your findings into a computer (which again you can skip).

So would go for free but not worth payng for imo.

that pretty much sums up the reviews I read of the CSI Experience...it sounded so cool, but most reviews I have read were disappointed...it also sounded quite 'easy' from what I have read...I would still like to try it one day but even with a discount it's still more than I want to pay for something that doesn't seem that interesting. :)

As Ferf said depende on what you are looking for, I like both North and South outlets but for certain stores at each one. If I could only go to one I would choose the North. I also like Fashion mall for the department stores and Town Square A&F has some different sometimes better sales than the one at FM. I like to go in Frys (electrical store) which is next to Town Square.

Have been to Primm a few times but not the last couple of visits. Also been to Sunset Galleria got some good buys down there.
I will also nosey at Ross' which a few people don't enjoy, its a bit like our TK Maxx you can find some bargains but have to be ok with looking for them.

Yes it is too easy, don't want to give too much away but the first part you sketch the crime scene and I spent ages looking for things that looked out of place etc and it sooo wasnt necessary!
