    Good afternoon folks,

I am just popping in to declare NSD13 for today.:j
Having read some of the posts about the kindle from the last few days, I would own up to being sceptical. However, I had to go over to help MIL set up hers today and am surprised how interesting I found the whole thing. I even talked her into downloading a book so I could see how quickly it happened;) It did occur to me though that it probably won't be that long until hers is full, as it's a 2gb version (I think) and wondered what will happen when it's full, as I'd be quite annoyed to delete books off that I'd already paid for, in order to pay for more books etc. I hope everyone has enjoyed the weekend.

When you take your books off your kindle they are saved in an account on amazon so you can have as many or as few as you like on your kindle. It works using whisper net so if you want to upload a book from your account you should just be able to go into your book archive on your kindle and load it anywhere :)

ETA - posted before reading that others had already answered :o Sorry :)

    Kerrigt and Littlemisshappy,

Thank you so much for the replies regarding the kindle and storage capacity etc. LMH absolutely no need to apologise as Kerri had already replied and thank you for the information. I actually liked the look of it today and wondered why I hadn't invested in one of them for myself, as it certainly prevents clogging up the bookcase! Can I ask if it annoys your eyes after a while, as it appears to be like reading from a computer screen?

Thanks again for the advice ladies and greatly appreciated
