I hope everyone's doing well and getting lots of NSDs. I've had such a long, hard week and because of that I've been naughty & spent money I shouldn't have.
I'm sorry I haven't had chance to read everyone's posts or thank everyone and I think I've left it too late to try & catch up now!
I'm up to 4 NSDs including today. Not great, but fingers crossed I will reach my target.Aug NSDs: 18/[STRIKE]6 [/STRIKE] [STRIKE]15[/STRIKE] 18

Another spendy day for me... spent £4.24 in c0-0p this morning on lots of reduced stuff. Got a 1kg leg of pork for £3 which I was really pleased with (from £7).
Never mind... tomorrow will be another nsd I reckon.Ninja Saving Turtle0 -

Wow, well done Hidden Identity, 13!! and here's me feeling fabulous because I'm going to declare No. 10 already, I have no plans to go out of the house for the rest of the day, it's too flipping cold!
I am feeling rather chuffed with myself though and well done to everyone who's managing to wean themselves off spending just because its what they 'do'0 -
Managed 2 more NSD's yesterday & today - seem to be better at the weekends. Need to spend tomorrow though - store cupboard getting somewhat bare & need some red meat to feed the slow cooker!
I dont count my SO's & DD's as these have already been budgeted for. I'm trying to limit the 'odd' spends that end up with me buying more odds & ends. Its no good sending DH out - he got my paper today & bought me back a box of choccy's and some flowers - much as it was such a lovely thought I didn't really neeeed them:)
Will try for another couple in the week to make upSmall victories - sometimes they are all you can hope for but sometimes they are all you need - be kinder than necessary, for everyone you meet is fighting some kind of battle0 -
Good afternoon folks,
I am just popping in to declare NSD13 for today.:j
Having read some of the posts about the kindle from the last few days, I would own up to being sceptical. However, I had to go over to help MIL set up hers today and am surprised how interesting I found the whole thing. I even talked her into downloading a book so I could see how quickly it happened;) It did occur to me though that it probably won't be that long until hers is full, as it's a 2gb version (I think) and wondered what will happen when it's full, as I'd be quite annoyed to delete books off that I'd already paid for, in order to pay for more books etc. I hope everyone has enjoyed the weekend.:beer:If you've nothing decent to say, perhaps you shouldn't say anything.
£2 savings jar £300:D

Not been to bed or up super early???
You should know staying in bed with the covers over your head is the best way to get a NSD?????? - blast, now I've given away my secret
*pulls cover back over head*
Following Freeby's advice (let's face it, at this point in our race she can afford to be helpful!), I've stayed indoors and kept away from spendy sites....and am therefore declaring:
