    evening all

right....stuck to my guns and made sure I got some fruit/veggies in today. was fairly busy this evening at work too, didnt move around as much as I would have liked but made sure I kept as active as possible.

also was talking to some guy tonight who was buying ice cream, and could swear I knew him from somewhere - anyway long story short it wasnt until my coworker said to me about him that I clocked who it was - it was John Altman (aka Nasty Nick Cotton from Eastenders!!) :rotfl:

    mealplan:
b - special k cereal with ss milk
l - 3 x southern fried chicken drumsticks, 1/4 pack of microwavable rice, half a chopped carrot [raw], 2 large tomatoes [cooked]
d - Carr's water biscuits x 7 [really tiny!], spread + cheese, bag of crisps.
snacks - atkins chocolate bar [got it free in the post the other day. really nice!], small bowl cashew nuts, mini freddo bar :o, mini pineapple fruit pot

total calories: 2115 (the chicken was what did it lol)

rhcp I so agree with you, I lost so well, and steadily, before, now I'm just stuck in one place and not goin' nowhere :(. But as I said last night, today is a new start so going to give it all I can. Working on the principle of breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince and supper like a pauper, today was/will be...

B - F&F with ss milk. 1/2 nana in WW wrap w/rd spread
L - might try last of the noodles & (2) ribs, if not will be egg salad
D - hm beef & veg soup with a slice of plain ciabatta.
    S - satsuma, apple, grapes
E - already done 1x10 mins, maybe more later but have to clean the bedroom now I've stripped the sheets, and put fresh bedding on.

Have a super sunny Saturday :)

Sorry I've not been around much this week - its been exam results week so all hell breaks loose for me with compiling results, reports, organising resits, projections for final grades etc. But its all done now and the results were on the whole very good.:T

Food has taken a back seat and I have had a few (quite a few:o) naughty bits and pieces to keep me going but I weighed this morning and have managed a STS - lots of us in the same situation this week it seems.
Not to worry, been to Mr S and have stocked up on lots of good F&V and nice healthy things and am off to the gym later.
    Onwards and upwards.

Wow lovely weather today :) I have been out to get some records for DH but record store day was much busier than I expected so quite a few sold out. Still I walked about 3.5 miles in the sun so enjoyed it and good for me :)

Had chocolate porridge before I went and just had a chocolate chip cupcake when I got in. Not sure what else I will have today.

Hope everyone has a lovely sunny Saturday :)

Not been able to get online, but did weigh myself Friday, another 1lb lost so still on target! Expecting a STS this week mind, was out last night, so it will take work to get that tbh!

    How's everyone doing this weekend?

I'm another who'd like to go back to the last challenge! Only 1 lb lost in 3 weeks, and summer's getting closer (hopefully...please can we have some sunshine this year?)

Really want a loss next week, so trying to behave this weekend...

    B - cornflakes with s/s milk
L - cheese and tomato sandwich (2 slices - freshly baked, mmm)
D - 4 slices of pizza, Saturday night treat, 557 calories (yes, I checked the box, sad :))

Not much fruit and veg there, but I try harder Monday to Friday, and relax at weekends a bit. Have been thinking about having wine, or a snack treat, just because it's Saturday, but realised I'm not hungry and didn't bother.
I'm not far from doing some comfort eating...I'm stressed enough that I've got the "twitchy eye" (anyone else get that?). Nothing major or life-threatening, but lots of hassles all at once, and one of those periods with lots more money going out than coming in :(
Anyway, putting weight on won't help me feel better, whereas losing a bit will...so, one day down, one to go...

If you could live one day of your life over again, which day would you choose?
