    I'm back on steroids so weight is hurtling up! Because this isn't a natural weight gain I am not tracking (if that makes sense!)
    Do not meddle in the affairs of Dragons, for thou art crunchy and good with catsup :D

    quick post before bed, just want to put my mealplan down here. busy night at work and knackered out!

    b - 2 x turkey rashers, small tin baked beans, 2 mushrooms, 1 large tomato
    l - quorn mince with spice mix and chopped green pepper. 1 1/2 fajita wraps, white roll with spread
    d - chinese fakeaway: shredded duck with pancakes, half a carrot [chopped], hoisin sauce
    snacks - small pack chocolate fingers, snowcake, small pack of oreos :o

    total calories: 1427 :D

    Morning, a quickie to list today's menu as just going shopping (taking something back which is too big! and getting the next size down :D)

    B - 1/2 banana on a slice of bread with rf spread
    D - out, will choose from the under 700 cal's menu. Not sure about pud, will add later if I have one
    T - if needed, last of the hm beef & veg soup. It was a good one, hope I can replicate it. 1 slice bread, 1/2 plain in soup, 1/2 with rf philly, no butter or spread
    S - satsuma, apple, grapes
    E - 1 x 10 mins done, will see what time I get back but will be doing some (slow) walking today

    Oh poor you Ellie not having the sun. It looks lovely here and I am going to pop out in a bit to get some milk.

    Have already had chocolate porridge for breakfast as was up early trying to get a glastonbury ticket - and managed it!!! I am so excited!! :j :j :j (so I had a chocolate chip cupcake to celebrate...)

    Going to have lentil pate with melba toast and carrot for lunch with fresh pineapple and grapes.

    Not decided about dinner yet. DH isn't home until late so it is just me again.

    bit of a busy day here today, going to look back on the forum for a post someone made about making risotto :D as I have time today I've decided to go for it and make a large batch this afternoon, hope it tastes nice! :D

    nipping out to T's for some bottled drinks and fruit/veg (and DM wants some biscuits to go with her cuppas! :rotfl:) before they shut later, wondering if I can get any y/s bargains! never go there on a sunday before close, so hopefully I'll be rewarded this one time!

    b - 2 rashers bacon [excess fat drained off], 1 1/2 large tomatos, 1 large mushroom, slice of bread
    l - bagel with cheese spread + salad. bag of crisps
    d - mini pizza, handful oven chips, salad
    snacks - choc shape yoghurt, pear, oreos :o

    tot up calories later.

    off to do the breakfast dishes!

    Hi all. My scales have packed up so will need to buy some new ones, will record weight next weekend.

    Sorry for the late weigh in, lost 1lb this week have been really motivated, logging into MFP every day, long may it continue!

    Had a fabulous Indian takeaway last night, and back to it today.


    B 3 itsy tiny little HM pancakes with lemon and sugar
    L seeded bread with salad and cottage cheese
    D not sure, maybe l/o veggie meatballs with pasta

  • oh dear. neighbour came back today and asked DM when I was making cake lol.

    So after I batch prepared some risotto for the freezer I searched the cupboards and ended up making a small raspberry and coconut sandwich sponge cake. And of COURSE I had to sample it before giving some to neighbour..... :o
  • Hello everyone. I just wanted to let you know that i'm just back from my holiday.
    My plan is to weigh myself tomorrow morning and assess the damage and then try and get back on track. I'm haven't managed to catch up with all the posts I've missed yet so I hope everyone is ok.
