Back on the bandwagon today.
Yesterday I finally got all my little family in the same place at the same time, so we had a nice easter dinner, which involved things like roast potatoes and lemon meringue pie and cake.
And it's so easy for the pounds to start creeping up again, so today I'm starting again, don't know yet what I'll have for my evening meal, but it will be reasonable, and there will be no snacks or cake(and I managed a 30 minute walk this morning, still cold enough to freeze your ears off)
If you could live one day of your life over again, which day would you choose?0 -

B - F&F, sk milk
L - Mini coriander and garlic naan, split and toasted, filled with BLT and cucumber. No bread and not willing to put the bm on after last time, when I ate a whole hm loaf in a few days, all by my own!
D - Chicken & Veg casserole, tablespoon couscous
S - Satsuma, apple, grapes, nana
E - Housework, washed down all the radiators, windowsills, door frames. Washed out indoor bins.

Hi all, as expected the weekend was bad
. However, I knew it would be and I thoroughly enjoyed it.
Am really not holding out any hope for a loss this week but I'm hoping I can get back down to Fridays weight for a STS. I am having a rare week off and im full of cold so I'm not going to beat myself up too much.
Today is
2 x wm, seeded toast with lurpak lightest and marmite ( as always)
1 popadom, grilled chicken tikka and a couples of spoonfuls of curry, my dads treat at a local curry house
Dinner will be something light as I'm very full from lunch. The kids can have leftovers from yesterday's monster roast dinner.
Am going to make Jamie Oliver's super easy fish pie later to have tomorrow.- prior planning prevents poor performance!

afternoon ladies
(and gents if any)
slept in waaaaay past my usual time and wasted the entire morning todaybut made up for it because in the 3-4 hours I've been awake have been to T's and back for our top up shop and sorted out the garden and put the bunnies into their outdoor hutches at last.
lots of exercise and moving about today, as I've swept the garden and sorted out a couple things in the garage, which is really starting to depress me with all the horded crap. Still it'll be sold at boot fairs or given to charity soon enough.
got to sort my room out now bunnies are outside, so thats going to involve vigorous hoovering/dusting/cleaning and maybe even a few bits of furniture moved. wish me luck!
b - 2 slices toast with cheese
l - gammon slices on crackers, bag of crisps, aero yoghurt.
d - burger and a handful of steak cut chips.0 -
Yesterday was meant to be the first day on the bandwagon, but that failed miserably today. Still on my annual leave, and eating enough for multiples of myself! Already made a mess of today with a big breakfast, McDs for lunch (a rare treat) and easter goodies for snacks that will probably take the place of tea! Tomorrow will be different. I will log everything with MFP, which will shame me into being better at this stuff.
On the plus side, sort of, my jeans keep falling down. I distinctly remember them fitting a lot more snugly a few months back.0 -
Day 2 of the restarted effort has gone well so far - I was starving by 5.30pm so had tea a bit earlier than normal rather than snacking in between.
Had a good hour walk with the dog in the countryside too - cold but bright so not too bad.
Lets just hope that the evening goes as well - that's always the danger time for me.:eek:0 -

Think I may have to go to bed early tonight just to stop myself eating everything in sight! Have really got the munchies! The first few days when you start (or restart!) are definitely the hardest.

I fell asleep this afternoon after unpacking the food shopping
and forgot to take the chicken thighs out of the freezer, so no chicken stew tonight, we will have it later in the week. Instead we are havin jacket potatoes with baked beans.
Not been too bad today, but maybe not the best time to start the challenge when I am not feeling so good. Felt terrible when I woke up from my nap and scoffed 2 choc digestives before my brain engaged in time to stop me0% credit card £1360 & 0% Car Loan £7500 ~ paid in full JAN 2020 = NOW DEBT FREE 🤗
